മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ കിടർ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ജലജ രാധാകൃഷ്ണൻ വടവാമന ഇല്ലം(H), കുമ്മർ P.O. എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി കിടർ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ ഭർത്താവ് വി.ജെ. രാധാകൃഷ്ണൻ നതിരി, വടവാമന ഇല്ലം(H), കുമ്മർ P.O., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ കിടർ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 17-07-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
