Whereas The Chief Executive Officer, Kerala Headload Workers Welfare Board, Ernakulam have deposited with this Court a sum of ` 7,70,856 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Six only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Raju, K. K. who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a Headload Worker under Kottayam District Committee, Kanjirappally Sub Office on 19-12-2022 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Kanjirappally has reported that

Smt. Rema Raju, Pathyalil (H), Koyippally, Ponkunnam P. O. 686 506—(Wife)

is his dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

ശ്രീമതി രമ രാജു, പത്യാലിൽ (H), കോയിപ്പള്ളി, പൊൻകുന്നം പി. ഒ. 686 506—(ഭാര്യ) മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Usha, who met with a fatal accident while he was working as Koottickal Estate on 3-8-2018 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Kanjirappally has reported that

M. who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a driver of the lorry bearing Reg. No. KL-35-B-378 on 13-12-2020 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Kanjirappally has reported that
