ലഘു ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം

മാനന്തവാടി ഗവണ്മെന്റ് കോളേജിലേക്ക്2024 -25 വർഷത്തിൽ ക്യാന്റീനിലേക്ക് അടുക്കള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ / പാത്രങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിലയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള 590/- രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് ഫാറം കൈപ്പറ്റേണ്ടതാണ്. ഫാറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചാർജ്ജ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ 640 രൂപ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ വിലാസത്തിൽ മണി ഓർഡർ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വില തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 31.01.2025 ന് 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തിയ്യതി 03/02/2025 3 P M ആണ്. ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതും 200 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റ് ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിനൊപ്പവും വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് മുകളിൽ "2024 -25 വർഷം മാനന്തവാടി ഗവണ്മെന്റ് കോളേജ് ക്യാന്റീനിലേക്ക് അടുക്കള ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തിയ്യതിയായ 03.02 .2025 3 pm മുമ്പായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവണ്മെന്റ് കോളേജ്, മാനന്തവാടി, നല്ലൂർനാട് (പി.ഒ) എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈകി കിട്ടുന്നവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 03 .02 .2025 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരോ, അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടേയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്This is a digitally signed Gazette. അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർകാരൻ വിലയുടെ 5% തുക സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായി നൽകേണ്ടതും 200 രൂപ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റ് വെയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. പ്രാദേശികമായി കൂട്ടി ചേർക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം, വില, ബ്രാന്റ് നെയിം, തൂക്കം എന്നിവ വ്യക്തമായി കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ടെണ്ടറിൽ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജിൽ എത്തിച്ച് പ്രവർത്തന സജ്ജമാക്കേണ്ടതും ആയതിനുള്ള തുക കൂടി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ വിലയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികൾ പരിശോധിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ ആയതിനുള്ള വില നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ.

Sealed tender superscribed as Tender No. 31/2024-25 for the purchase of Cutting Knives for Robocut Cutting Machine is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 4-1-2025 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers' or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 600+GST @ 18% for original form and ` 300+GST @ 18% for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 4-1-2025. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be executed along with the tenders. Late tenders and tenderes not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 will not be accepted on any account.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading and unloading expenses f.o.r. Government Central Press, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. Samples should be supplied.

3. The item should be supplied within 7 days on the receipt of confirmation.

4. The payment will be made only after satisfactory receipt and survey reports.

5. Bank details should be furnished in the Bill.

6. The rates should be valid up to 31-3-2025.

7. The purchaser has the right to cancel the supply order at any time without assigning any reason.
