27 ഡിസംബര 2024 തഫോലഴപെട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമിലയ സംബനിച്ച് 2013 ലല ഭൂമി ഏലറ്റടുക്കലില്‍ നഖഫോയമഫോയ നഷ്ടപരിഹഫോരതിനും സുതഫോരഖതയം, പുനരധിവഫോസതിനും പുന:സഫോപനതിനുമുള്ള അവകഫോശ ആക് വകുപ് 11 ഉപവകുപ് (1) പ്രകഫോരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞഫോപനം 06/03/2023 തതീയതിയിലല അസഫോധഫോരണ ഗസറ്റ് വഫോലഖം XII നമ്പര 830 ആയി പ്രസിദ്ധലപടുതിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനഫോലും;
2013 ലല ഭൂമി ഏലറ്റടുക്കലില്‍ നഖഫോയമഫോയ നഷ്ടപരിഹഫോരതിനും സുതഫോരഖതയം, പുനരധിവഫോസതിനും പുന:സഫോപനതിനുമുള്ള അവകഫോശ ആക് 15-ാഫോം വകുപ് (1-ാഫോം ഉപവകുപ്) പ്രകഫോരം തഫോലഴ െപട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു ലപഫോതു ആവശഖതിനഫോയി ലപഫോനംവിലയ് എടുഫക്കണ്ടതഫോലണന് സലലമടുപ് ഓഫതീസര തയഫോറഫോക്കിയ റിഫപഫോരട്ട് പ്രകഫോരം സമുചിത സരക്കഫോരിന് ഫബഫോദ്ധഖലപട്ടതിനഫോലും,
ഇഫപഫോള്‍ അതിനഫോല്‍ പ്രസ്തുത നിയമതിലന്റെ വകുപ് (19) പ്രകഫോരം തഫോലഴപെട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകഫദശേം 0.2792 ലഹകറം അലല്ലങ്കെില്‍ അതില്‍ അല്പം കൂടുതഫലഫോ, കുറഫവഫോ വിസതീരണം വരുനതുമഫോയ ഭൂമി ഒരു ലപഫോതു ആവശഖതിന് അതഫോയത് ചഫോതന്‍ഫകരി ഫകഫോണ്‍ഫകഫോഡ് പഫോലം & അഫപ്രഫോച്ച് ഫറഫോഡ് നിരമ്മഫോണ പദ്ധതിയ് ആവശഖമുലണ്ടന് സമുചിത സരക്കഫോര ഇതിനഫോല്‍ പ്രഖഖഫോപിക്കുകയും പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമി ലപഫോനവിലയ് എടുക്കുനതിന് ലസ്പഷെഖല്‍ തഹസില്‍ദഫേോര, എല്‍.എ യൂണിറ്റ് (കിഫ്ബി), ആലപ്പുഴ െ@ കഫോയംകുളം എനയഫോഫളഫോട് നിരഫദ്ദശേിക്കുകയും ലചയ്യുന.

FORM OF DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE ACT
DECLARATION
No. G3-11752/2022
27 December 2024 WHEREAS, under sub section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, at Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 830 Vol. XII dated; 06/03/2023 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published;
AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the collector under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;
Now, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the schedule below and measuring 0.2792 hectares to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for public purpose, to wit for the land acquisition for the Construction of Chathankeri Concord Bridge & Approach Road and direct the Special Tahsildar, LA Unit (KIIFB), Alappuzha @ Kayamkulam to take order for the acquisition of the land.
A plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar, LA Unit (KIIFB), Alappuzha @ Kayamkulam and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
