മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ മൂന്നിലവ് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ കെ.വി. സോജൻ കുന്നക്കാട്ട്(H), മൂന്നിലവ് P.O. എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി മൂന്നിലവ് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ മിനി സോജൻ, കുന്നക്കാട്ട്(H), മൂന്നിലവ് P.O., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ മൂന്നിലവ് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 29-07-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു.

പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

23-12-2024 Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Lissy Saji Kallampillil(H), Chakkampuzha P.O., Vallichira Village, Meenachil Taluk of Kottayam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before General in respect of the legal heirs of late Saji Joseph Kallampillil(H), Chakkampuzha P.O. who expired on 13-10-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Saji Joseph. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents of the deceased are not alive. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Meenachil within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ മീനച്ചിൽ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ രമാദേവി പുറാട്ട്(H), തോടനാൽ P.O. എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി മീനച്ചിൽ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഭാര്യയിലുള്ള മകൻ അരുൺ ആർ. നായർ, പുറാട്ട്(H), തോടനാൽ P.O., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ മീനച്ചിൽ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 25-06-1993 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കളും ഭർത്താവും മരണമടഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
