Whereas The Branch Manager, United India Insurance Company Ltd., Micro Office, Manakkalampallil Building, Post Office Jn., Pazhavangadi P. O., Ranni-689 673 have deposited with this Court a sum of ` 20,42,345 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Five only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sanju Thomas who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a driver of the car bearing Reg. No. KL-41-P-509 on 17-5-2022 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Ranni has reported that:
1. Sri K. V. Thomas, Alaplamoottil, Makkapuzha P. O., Placherry-689 679—Father
2. Smt. Sindhu, N. K., Alaplamoottil, Makkapuzha P. O., Placherry-689 679—Mother
3. Sri Ashwin Thomas, Alaplamoottil, Makkapuzha P. O., Placherry-689 679—Brother 4. Sri Aromal Thomas, Alaplamoottil, Makkapuzha P. O., Placherry-689 679—Brother are his dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923 any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
17-5-2022-ാം തീയതി KL-41-P-509 നമ്പർ കാർ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ അപകട മു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. സഞ്ജു തോമസ്-ന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 20,42,345 (ഇരുപത് ലക്ഷത്തി നാൽപത്തി ര≠ായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി നാൽപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. ശ്രീ. കെ. വി. തോമസ്, ആലπാമൂട്ടിൽ, മക്കപ്പുഴ പി. ഒ., πാച്ചേരി-689 679—പിതാവ്.
2. ശ്രീമതി സിന്ധു, എൻ. കെ., ആലπാമൂട്ടിൽ, മക്കപ്പുഴ പി. ഒ., πാച്ചേരി-689 679—മാതാവ്.
3. ശ്രീ. അശ്വിൻ തോമസ്, ആലπാമൂട്ടിൽ, മക്കപ്പുഴ പി. ഒ., πാച്ചേരി-689 679—സഹോദരൻ.
4. ശ്രീ. ആരോമൽ തോമസ്, ആലπാമൂട്ടിൽ, മക്കപ്പുഴ പി. ഒ., πാച്ചേരി-689 679—സഹോദരൻ.
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് റാന്നി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
