2024 ഡിസംബർ 26. 2024-25 വർഷത്തിൽ ''2202-03-103-46 ബോധന ഗവേഷണത്തിലെ അക്കാദമിക മികവ്'' എന്ന ശീർഷകത്തിൽ, 2025 ജനുവരി 16 മുതൽ 18 വരെ നടക്കുന്ന Cognitopia International Academic Festival-ന് വേദി ഒരുക്കുന്നതിനായി അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും മുദ്ര ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

Sealed tenders are invited for Setting up Venue, for the Cognitopia International Academic Festival to be held during 16-18 January 2025 under the Head of Account "2202-03-103-46, ബോധന ഗവേഷണത്തിലെ അക്കാദമിക് മികവ്.''

Total Estimate— ` 2,75,000.

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription "Tender for setting up Venue, for the Cognitopia International Academic Festival'' and should be addressed to Principal, Govt. College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram-14.

Last date for the receipt of tenders will be 10-1-2025, 11.30 a.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m. on 10-1-2025 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 960+GST 18% CGST amount of the tender form ` 173 should be remit on reverse charge mode by the registered taxpayer and the printout of the chalan should be submitted to office) which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

8. ആദ്യ കരാറുകാരന്റെ വീഴ്ചകൊ≠് പുനർ ദർഘാസ് നടത്തേ≠ിവന്നാൽ സർക്കാരിനുള്ള നഷ്ടം റവന്യൂ റിക്കവറി നിയമപ്രകാരം ആദ്യ കരാറുകാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. ലാഭമാണ് ഉ≠ാകുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ആദ്യ കരാറുകാരന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

വയനാട് ഗവ. നഴ്സിംഗ് കോളേജിലെ സെൻട്രൽ ലൈബ്രറിയിലേക്ക് ചുവടെ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് പ്രസാധകർ, അംഗീകൃത വിതരണക്കാർ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ചതും മത്സരാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ളതുമായ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ നമ്പർ മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി നേരിട്ടു നൽകുകയോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. നഴ്സിംഗ് കോളേജ്, വയനാട് എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

വൈകികിട്ടുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയ പരിധിയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ആയത് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 25-1-2025-ന് രാവിലെ 11.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കപ്പെടും. പുസ്തകങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചും മറ്റ് വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾക്കും 04935-246434 എന്ന നമ്പരിൽ പ്രവർത്തി സമയത്ത് ആഫീസിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇൻഡ്യൻ/ഫോറിൻ ടൈറ്റിൽ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അനുവദിക്കാവുന്ന പരമാവധി ഡിസ്കൗ≠് ആണ് ക്വട്ടേഷനിൽ കാണിക്കേ≠ത്. ക്വട്ടേഷനിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ താല്പര്യമുള്ള പ്രസാധകർ/വിതരണക്കാർ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിബന്ധനകൾ നിർബന്ധമായും പാലിക്കേ≠താണ്.

1. ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ പതിപ്പ് (latest edition) പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളൂ.

2. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന വിതരണക്കാർ നി›ിത സമയപരിധിയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിലും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലും പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ കോളേജിൽ എത്തിച്ച് നൽകേ≠താണ്.

3. പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിലേക്കുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രവും ക്വട്ടേഷനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

4. സ്റ്റിക്കർ price അനുവദനീയമല്ല.

5. ക്വട്ടേഷനിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ വിലപരിശോധനക്കായി പ്രസാധകരുടെ കാറ്റ് ലോഗ് ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ ഇന്ത്യൻ എഡിഷനും ഫോറിൻ എഡിഷനും ലഭ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ എഡിഷൻ മാത്രം സπൈ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

7. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം മേൽ കാണിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും പാലിക്കും എന്നുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം നിർബന്ധമായും വെയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ക്വട്ടേഷൻ റദ്ദു ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

8. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തിയതി റദ്ദു ചെയ്യുവാനും ദീർഘിപ്പിക്കുവാനുമുള്ള എല്ലാ അധികാരവും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

The Publisher invites sealed and competitive quotations from authorised distributors for supply of the books listed below to the Central Library of Govt. Nursing College, Wayanad. Quotations should be given in person or sent by post to Principal, Govt. Nursing College. Quotations should be received in the office before 24-1-2025 by 4 p.m. Late quotations will not be accepted under any circumstances. Quotations received within the specified time limit will be opened on 25-1-2025 at 11 a.m. in the presence of submitters or their authorized representatives for books and other details contact 04935 246434 during office hours. Maximum discount allowed on the basis of Indian/Foreign Titles is to be shown in the Quotation. Interested Participating Publishers/Distributors must comply with the following conditions:

1. Only latest edition books to be distributed just enough.

2. The distributors receiving the distribution order shall deliver the books to the college within the prescribed time limit at thier own cost and responsibility.

3. In case of default in distribution of books, the loss incurred by the Government will be recovered from the concerned institutions. Consent to it must also be submitted along with the quotation.

4. Sticker price is not allowed.

5. Quotation participant shall make available publisher's wind log for price verification of book.

6. If both Indian edition and foreign edition of books are available then only Indian edition should be supplied.

7. Along with the submission of the quotation, it is mandatory to submit a letter of consent to comply with all the conditions shown above. Otherwise the quotation will be cancelled.

8. The Principal reserves all power to cancel or extend the quotation date.
