മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ വള്ളിച്ചിറ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ജോർജ് വി.റ്റി. വെട്ടുകല്ലേൽ(വെള്ളംകുന്നേൽ)(H), വലർ P.O. എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി വള്ളിച്ചിറ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ മകൻ ജെയിംസ് ജോർജ്, വെട്ടുകല്ലേൽ(വെള്ളംകുന്നേൽ)(H), വലർ P.O., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ വള്ളിച്ചിറ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 01-08-2020 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ ഭരണങ്ങാനം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ വി.പി. സുഭക്കുട്ടി വാരസ്യാർ ഗായത്രി(H), അളനാട് P.O. എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി ഭരണങ്ങാനം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ ഭർത്താവ് കെ. അചതവാര്യർ, ഗായത്രി(H), അളനാട് P.O., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ ഭരണങ്ങാനം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 01-09-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
