Whereas the Reliance General Insurance Co.Ltd has deposited in this Court an amount of `.20,06,685/- (Twenty Lakh Six Thousand Six Hundred and Eight Five only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Rajesh.P who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a loading and Unloading worker in Tata 407 Mini Lorry bearing Registration No.KL-32B-3784 on 22.12.2020.The Assistant Labour Officer,Kanhangad has reported that below.

She is his only dependent as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the employee's compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
