22024-െന ഭാഗമായി നടത്തിയ വിവിധ വകുപു തലൈ ഓൺലൈലൈൻ/ ഒ.എം.ആർ/ വിവരണാത്മക പരീകകളു െട ഫലൈങ്ങൾ വിജ്ഞാപനം െചെയു ന.
1. പരീകാഫലൈത്തിെന വിജ്ഞാപനം േകരള പബ്ല ിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷെന Official Website ആയ www.keralapsc.gov.in-ൽ പരിേശാധനയ്ക്ക് ലൈഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പരീകാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് അവരുെട പരീകാഫലൈം സവന്തം െപ്രാൈഫൽ വഴിേയാ പി.എസ്.സി വെബ്സസൈറ്റിൽ Departmental Test Result link വഴിേയാ പരിേശാധിക്കാവു ന്നതാണ്. പരീകാർത്ഥി ഒരു െടസ്റ്റ ിന് മു ഴു വനായു ം ജയിച്ചിടു േണ്ടാെയന്ന് ആ െടസ്റ്റ ിെന എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു െടയു ം ഫലൈങ്ങൾ േനാക്കി മനസ്സ ിലൈാേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
2. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ്
നിലൈവിൽ ഓേരാ െടസ്റ്റ ിെനയു ം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് 210 (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത്) രൂപ നിരക്കിലൈാണ് 08.03.2019 തീയതിയിെലൈ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (അച്ചടി) 28/2019/ധന. നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം ഫീസ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു െടസ്റ്റ ിന് ഒന്നിലൈധികം േപപറു കളു െണ്ടങ്കിലൈു ം 210 (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത്) രൂപ ഫീസ് അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റു കൾ ആവശയമു ള്ള െടസ്റ്റ ിെന എണ്ണ ം കണക്കാക്കി പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ തെന്ന ഫീസ് ഒടു ക്കിയിരിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലൈഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഒരു െടസ്റ്റ ് ശീർഷകത്തിൽ ഉൾെപടു ന്ന എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു ം വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കുകേയാ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്
3് ശീർഷകത്തിൽ ഉൾെപടു ന്ന ഒരു േപപർ അേപകിച്ചിടു ള്ള െടസ്റ്റ
എങ്കിലൈു ം വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കുകയു ം മറ്റു ള്ള േപപറു കൾ തത്തുലൈയമായി മറ്റു ശീർഷകങ്ങളിൽ വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കുകയു ം േവണം. ഒരു െപ്രാൈഫലൈിലൈൂട െട അേപകിച്ച് പരീകാഫീസ്, സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് എന്നിവ ഒടു ക്കുകയു ം അേത െപ്രാൈഫലൈിലൈൂട െട തെന്ന ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു ം വിജയിക്കുകയു ം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്കാണ് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അർഹതയു ള്ളത്.
2011 ജനുവരി മു തൽ ഓൺലൈലൈൻ മു േഖേന സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് സഹിതം ഡിപാർട്െമനൽ െടസ്റ്റ ിന് അേപകിച്ചവർ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് വീണ്ടു ം അടയ്ക്കണ്ടേതയ്ക്കണ്ടതില. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാവശയമായ എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു ം 2011 ജനുവരി മു തൽ പാസ്സ ായിടു ള്ളവർ അവരവരുെട Profile വഴി online ആയി മാത്രം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപക സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
(a) എന്നാൽ 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മു ൻപ് പാസായ ഒേന്നാ അതിലൈധികേമാ േപപറു കളു െണ്ടങ്കിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട അേപക േഫാറത്തിൽ തെന്ന സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി അേപക സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്. 2001 ജനുവരി ഒന്നിനു മു ൻപ് പരീക പാസ്സ ായ പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം ആ െടസ്റ്റ ് എഴു തുവാൻ കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ നിനം അയച്ചിടു ള്ള അസ്സ ൽ അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കേറ്റാ ആയത് നഷ്ട െപടിടു ള്ള പകം റിസൾട് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഗവ.
ഗസറ്റിെന ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട േപജ് ഓഫീസ് േമലൈധികാരിെയെക്കാണ്ട് സാകയെപടു ത്തിേയാ അേപകേയാെടാപം സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
4(b) 2001 ജനുവരി മു തൽ 2011 ജനുവരി വെര വകുപു തലൈ പരീക എഴു തി വിജയിച്ച അേപകാർത്ഥികൾ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം വിജയിച്ച പരീകകളു െട അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റു കളു ം നിശ്ചിത ഫീസ് അടച്ച െചെലൈാനും ഹാജരാക്കണം. അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ട െപട അേപകാർത്ഥികൾ (2011 ജനുവരി വെരയു ള്ള പരീകകളിൽ വിജയിച്ചവർ) സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള ഫീസ് കൂടാെത നഷ്ട െപട ഒരു അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിന് പകരമായ അഫിഡവിറ്റിന് 315 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ 0051-PSC- 105-State PSC-99 Fee for Affidavit എന്ന െഹഡിൽ ഫീസടച്ച െചെലൈാൻ/ഇ-െചെലൈാൻ, Affidavit (പരീകാ ഫലൈവിജ്ഞാപനത്തിെലൈ Appendix 3-യിെലൈ IC യു ം Appendix 4 -െലൈ ഓഫീസ് േമലൈധികാരി സാകയെപടു ത്തിയ സതയപ്രസ്ത ാവനയു ൾെപെട) എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് പു റേമ അേപകാർത്ഥിയു െട ഫലൈം ഉൾെപട ഗവൺലെമന് ഗസറ്റിെന ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട േപജ് ഓഫീസ് േമലൈധികാരിെയെക്കാണ്ട് സാകയെപടു ത്തി അേപകേയാെടാപം ഹാജരാക്കണം.
(c) എന്നാൽ 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് േശഷം അേപകിച്ചവർക്ക് അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ട െപടാൽ സവന്തം െപ്രാൈഫലൈിൽ നിനം വീണ്ടു ം അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് download ചെയ്തെടുത്ത് യഥാവിധി സാകയെപടു ത്തി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.
5കുറിപ്:- 29.07.1978 െലൈ ജി.ഒ.(എം.എസ്) നമ്പർ 3356/78/ജി.എ.ഡി ഗവെണ്മെന് ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം 1.4.1977 ന് േശഷം ഒരു െടസ്റ്റ ിെന എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു ം ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് മാത്രേമ കമ്മീഷൻ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റു കൾ നൽകുകയു ള്ളൂട . 29.07.1978 െലൈ ഗവെണ്മെന് ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അർഹതയു ള്ള ഉേദ്യാഗസ്ഥന്മാർ പരീക ജയിച്ച വിവരം സർവ്വീസ് ബ്ു ക്കിൽ േരഖേെപടു േത്തണ്ടതാണ്.
ആയതിന് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട വകുപു േമലൈധികാരി മു മ്പാെക ഹാജരാേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
3. 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മു ൻപ് െടസ്റ്റ ് പാസ്സ ായിടു ള്ളവർക്ക് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുവാനുള്ള അേപകാ േഫാറത്തിെന മാതൃക Appendix 1-ൽ െകാടു ത്തിടു ണ്ട്. ഒന്നിലൈധികം െടസ്റ്റ ിന് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശയമു ള്ളവരും ഒരു അേപക മാത്രം അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.
നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട േഫാറത്തിലൈലൈല ാെതയു ള്ള അേപകകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതലൈല .
സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അേപകകൾ "ജേജായിന് െസക്രടറി, ഡിപാർട്െമനൽ െടസ്റ്റ ് വിഭാഗം, േകരള പബ്ല ിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ, പടം, തിരുവനന്തപു രം - 695 004" എന്ന വിലൈാസത്തിൽ അയണ്ടേതയ്ക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
4. ഓൺലൈലൈൻ ആയി അനുവദ്ിച്ചിടു ള്ള എലൈല ാ വകുപു തലൈ പരീകാ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റു കളു ം േകരള പബ്ല ിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷെന ''Digilocker'' സംവിധാനത്തിൽ അപ്േലൈാഡ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അേപകകർക്ക് അവരുെട 'Digilocker' അക്കൗണ്ടിേലൈക്ക് ഈ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റു കൾ access
6െചെയാവു ന്നതാണ്. ഇതിണ്ടേതലയ്ക്കായി വകുപു തലൈ പരീകാ െപ്രാൈഫലൈിൽ ആധാർ ലൈിങ്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടിലാത്തവർ ആയത് പൂട ർത്തിയാേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
11.09.2018 തീയതിയിെലൈ G.O(P)No.06/2018/ITD ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം Digilocker-ൽ ലൈഭയമായ േരഖേകൾ Physical Documents-ന് തുലൈയമായി സവീകരിേക്കണ്ടതാണ് എന്ന് വയക്തമാക്കുന.
5. ഓൺലൈലൈൻ ആയി അനുവദ്ിച്ചിടു ള്ള വകുപു തലൈ പരീകാ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റു കളു െട ആധികാരികത, അവയിൽ ഉൾെപട QR Code Scan ചെയ്തും, അെലൈല ങ്കിൽ ''https://psc.kerala.gov.in/kpsc/certverify.php'' എന്ന URL-ൽ ആവശയമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകിയു ം ഉറപു വരുത്താവു ന്നതാണ്.
6. ഡയൂട പല ിേക്കറ്റ് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ്
വകുപു തലൈ പരീകാ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങു കയു ം തിരിെക ലൈഭിക്കാനാകാത്ത വിധം നഷ്ട െപടു കേയാ, ഉപേയാഗിക്കാനാകാത്തവിധം േകടായി േപാകുകേയാ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് ഡയൂട പല ിേക്കറ്റ് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപക നൽകാവു ന്നതാണ്. ഡയൂട പല ിേക്കറ്റ് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അേപക, ഫീസ്, മറ്റ് വിശദ്ാംശങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ Appendix 2- ൽ അനുബ്ന്ധപ്പമായി നൽകിയിടു ണ്ട്.
77. ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിെന

ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിെന Print Out ആവശയമു ള്ളവർ േപപർ ഒന്നിന് 630 (അറുന്നൂറ്റി മു പത്) രൂപ ഫീസ് 0051- PSC- 800- State PSC- 99 Print out of answer script എന്ന െഹഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ (െചെലൈാൻ or ഇ-െചെലൈാൻ) ഒടു ക്കി അേപകിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്. Appendix 5- ൽ െകാടു ത്ത മാതൃകയിലൈു ള്ള അേപകകൾ പരീകാ ഫലൈം അംഗീകരിച്ച് 30 ദ്ിവസത്തിനകം ഡിപാർട്െമനൽ െടസ്റ്റ ് േജായിന് െസക്രടറിക്ക് സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതണ്
. േശഷം ലൈഭിക്കുന്ന അേപകകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതലൈല
. ഒരു പരീകാർത്ഥിക്ക് സവന്തം ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിെന Print Out മാത്രേമ നൽകുകയു ള്ളു .
8. മാർക്ക് പു ന : പരിേശാധന (OMR പരീകകൾക്കുമാത്രം )
ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസു കൾ പു നർ മൂട ലൈയനിർണയം നടത്താൻ നിലൈവിലൈു ളള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് അനുവാദ്മിലൈല . എന്നാൽ ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിന് ഒന്നിന് 160 (നൂറ്റിഅറു പത്) രൂപ ഫീസ് 0051- PSC-105- State PSC - 99 Rechecking Answer Script എന്ന െഹഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ (െചെലൈാൻ or ഇ - െചെലൈാൻ) ഒടു ക്കി അേപകിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കുകൾ കൂടി േനാക്കി ആയതിൽ െതറ്റു കൾ ഉേണ്ടാെയന്ന് പരിേശാധിച്ച് വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിെന േഫാേടാേകാപി ആവശയമു ളളവർ േപപർ ഒന്നിന് 630 (അറുന്നൂറ്റിമു പത്) രൂപ ഫീസ് 0051- PSC- 800- State PSC - 99 Copy of OMR Answer Script എന്ന െഹഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ (െചെലൈാൻ or ഇ-െചെലൈാൻ) ഒടു ക്കി അേപകിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്. Appendix 7 ൽ െകാടു ത്ത മാതൃകയിലൈു ളള അേപകകൾ പരീകാഫലൈം അംഗീകരിച്ച് 30 ദ്ിവസത്തിനകം ഡിപാർട്െമനൽ െടസ്റ്റ ് േജായിന് െസക്രടറിക്ക് സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്
. േശഷം ലൈഭിക്കുന്ന അേപകകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതലൈല . ഒരു പരീകാർത്ഥിക്ക് സവന്തം ഉത്തരക്കടലൈാസിെന പകർപ് മാത്രേമ നൽകുകയു ളളൂട .
10. വകുപു തലൈ പരീക പാസ്സ ായി രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിനകം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കാത്തവരിൽ നിനം 'Search Fee' ആയി പിന്നീടു ള്ള ഓേരാ വർഷത്തിനും 315/- (മു ന്നൂറ്റി പതിനഞ്ച്) രൂപ വീതം ഈടാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഓൺലൈലൈൻ ആയി OTR െപ്രാൈഫൽ മു ഖോന്തിരം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ, അേപകകൾക്ക്
9Search Fee ഉെണ്ടങ്കിൽ അത് െപ്രാൈഫൽ വഴി ഓൺലൈലൈൻ ആയി അടച്ചാൽ മാത്രേമ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അേപക സമർപിക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയു ള്ളൂട . അതിനുള്ള ക്രമീകരണം അേപകകരുെട െപ്രാൈഫലൈിൽ ലൈഭയമാക്കിയിടു ണ്ട്. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് manual / offline ആയി അേപകിക്കുന്നവർ; Search Fee '0051- PSC-105- State PSC- 99 Search Fee' എന്ന അക്കൗണ്ട് െഹഡിൽ ഒടു ക്കി അസ്സ ൽ െചെലൈാൻ രസീത് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അേപകേയാെടാപം സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
11. വകുപു തലൈ പരീകയു മായി ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട് 1995 ജൂലൈലൈ മു തൽ 2000 ഡിസംബ്ർ വെരയു ള്ള കാലൈയളവിൽ നടത്തിയ പരീകകളു െട േരഖേകൾ 2009 ജനുവരി 5þmw തീയതിയിെലൈ DEI(1)8052/08/EW നമ്പർ ഫയലൈിെലൈ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നശിപിച്ച സാഹചെരയത്തിൽ 2000 വർഷം വെര വകുപു തലൈ പരീക എഴു തി വിജയിച്ചവർ അസ്സ ൽ അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത പകം അത്തരം അേപകകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1012. Kerala Jail Officers/ Kerala Jail Subordinate Officers െന പ്രാേയാഗിക പരീക പൂട ർത്തിയായിടിലൈല ാത്തതിനാൽ ആയത് പൂട ർത്തിയാകുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പരീകാഫലൈം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാവശയമായ എലൈല ാ േപപറു കളു ം 2011 ജനുവരി മു തൽ പാസ്സ ായിടു ള്ളവർ അവരവരുെട Profile വഴി Online ആയി മാത്രം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപക സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്. എന്നാൽ 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മു മ്പ് വിജയിച്ച ഒേന്നാ അതിലൈധികേമാ േപപറു കളു െണ്ടങ്കിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട അേപകാ േഫാറത്തിൽ തെന്ന സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി അേപക സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്. 2001 ജനുവരി ഒന്നിനു മു മ്പ് പരീക വിജയിച്ച പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം ആ െടസ്റ്റ ് എഴു തുവാൻ കമ്മീഷൻ ഓഫീസിൽ നിനം അയച്ചിടു ള്ള അസ്സ ൽ അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കേറ്റാ ആയത് നഷ്ട െപടിടു ള്ള പകം ഫലൈം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച സർക്കാർ ഗസറ്റിെന ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട േപജ് ഓഫീസ് േമലൈധികാരിെയെക്കാണ്ട് സാകയെപടു ത്തിേയാ അേപകേയാെടാപം സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
135. 2001 ജനുവരി മു തൽ 2011 ജനുവരി വെര വകുപു തലൈ പരീക എഴു തി വിജയിച്ച അേപകാർത്ഥികൾ സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം വിജയിച്ച പരീകകളു െട അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റു കളു ം നിശ്ചിത ഫീസ് അടച്ച െചെലൈാനും ഹാജരാക്കണം. അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ട െപട അേപകാർത്ഥികൾ (2011 ജനുവരി വെരയു ള്ള പരീകകളിൽ വിജയിച്ചവർ) സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ അേപകേയാെടാപം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള ഫീസ് കൂടാെത നഷ്ട െപട ഒരു അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിന് പകരമായി 315 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ 0051- PSC- 105- State PSC- 99 Fee for Affidavit എന്ന െഹഡിൽ ഫീസടച്ച െചെലൈാൻ / ഇ-െചെലൈാൻ, സതയവാങ്മൂട ലൈം (Affidavit) എന്നിവയക്ക് പു റേമ അേപകാർത്ഥിയു െട ഫലൈം ഉൾെപട സർക്കാർ ഗസറ്റിെന ബ്ന്ധപ്പെപട േപജ് ഓഫീസ് േമലൈധികാരിെയെക്കാണ്ട് സാകയെപടു ത്തി അേപകേയാെടാപം ഹാജരാക്കണം.
6. എന്നാൽ 2011 ജനുവരി മു തൽ ഓൺലൈലൈൻ െപ്രാൈഫൽ വഴി അേപകിച്ചവർക്ക് അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ട െപടാൽ സവന്തം െപ്രാൈഫലൈിൽ നിനം വീണ്ടു ം അഡ്മ ിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് download െചെയ്െതടു ത്ത് യഥാവിധി സാകയെപടു ത്തി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.
7. 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മു മ്പ് െടസ്റ്റ ് പാസ്സ ായിടു ള്ളവർക്ക് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുവാനുള്ള അേപകാ േഫാറത്തിെന മാതൃക Appendix-1 ൽ െകാടു ത്തിടു ണ്ട്. ഒന്നിലൈധികം െടസ്റ്റ ിന് സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശയമു ള്ളവരും ഒരു അേപക മാത്രം അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട േഫാറത്തിൽ അലൈല ാെതയു ള്ള അേപകകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതലൈല .
8. വകുപു തലൈ പരീക വിജയിച്ച് രണ്ട് വർഷത്തിനകം സർടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വാങ്ങാത്തവരിൽ നിനം, Search Fee ആയി, പിന്നീടു ള്ള ഓേരാ വർഷത്തിനും 315 രൂപ വീതം ഈടാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അേപകിക്കുേമ്പാൾ ഇതിനുള്ള ഫീസ് 0051- PSC-105- State PSC- 99 Search Fee എന്ന അക്കൗണ്ട് െഹഡിൽ ഒടു ക്കി അസ്സ ൽ െചെലൈാൻ സമർപിേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
149. സർടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അേപകകൾ ''േജായിന് െസക്രടറി, ഡിപാർട്െമനൽ െടസ്റ്റ ് വിഭാഗം, േകരള പബ്ല ിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ, പടം, തിരുവനന്തപു രം - 695 004'' എന്ന വിലൈാസത്തിൽ അയേക്കണ്ടതാണ്.

16Instructions to the Applicants regarding Duplicate Certificates
1. Remit the prescribed fee of `1050/- (Rupees One Thousand and Fifty only) for each Certificate (Online/Conventional) towards the Head of Account : 0051- PSC- 800- State PSC- 99 Other Receipts.
2. Submit the application form along with the declaration duly signed by the candidate and obtain the countersignature of a First Class Judicial Magistrate stating that original certificate has been irrecoverably lost (Name of First Class Judicial Magistrate should be mentioned).
3. State the Name of the Test, Papers Passed, Register Number and Year of Passing the Test.
4. Produce the original Admission Ticket. If your Admission Tickets are missing, you have to produce an affidavit in the prescribed forms (Annexure II) countersigned by your Head of Office, along with a fee of `315/- for each Admission Ticket (Head of Account: 0051-PSC-105- State PSC-99-Examination Fee). If the Admission Ticket before the year 2000 is missing, submit a declaration duly signed by the candidate and countersigned by a First Class Judicial Magistrate along with the affidavit stating that the original Admission Ticket has been irrecoverably lost (Name of the First Class Judicial Magistrate should be mentioned).
5. Mention the Original Certificate Number with the Date and Name of Test passed.
6. Produce the copies of 1st page and page of Service Book in which details of Departmental Test entered, duly attested by the HOD/Head of Office. (Name of Attesting Officer should be mentioned.)
(Otherwise the application for Duplicate Certificate will be summarily rejected.)
