1. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 2025 ജനുവരി വിÚാപനപ്രകാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം, കോഴിക്കോട് മേഖലകളിലെ
2വിവിധ ജില്ലാ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ വച്ച് നടത്താൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. അപേക്ഷകൾ 2025 ഫെബ്രുവരി 12 രാത്രി 12 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനു മുൻപു തന്നെ e-payment സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണതാണ്. ഓൺലൈൻ മുഖേനയല്ലാതെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക വെബ് സൈറ്റായ www.keralapsc.gov.in ലൂടെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയതിനുശേഷം പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് അപേ ക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. മുൻ പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഓൺലൈനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനു വേണി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും വീണം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുവാനോ ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ പ്രൊഫൈൽ നിലനിർത്തുവാനോ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. അവർ പ്രസ്തുത രജിസ്ട്രേഷനിലൂടെ (പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെ) മാത്രം ഓൺലൈനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണതാണ്. സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള കാേഴപരിമിതരായ പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് വേണി നടത്തുന്ന വാചാ പരീക്ഷ (Viva – Voce)-ക്ക് (G.O.(P)No.31/11/P&ARD dated 7-9-2011 പ്രകാരം) അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ പ്രത്യേക വിÚാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനാൽ കാഴ്ചപരിമിതരായ പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ ഈ വിÚാപന പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ തില്ല.
1.(a) പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ വിÚാപനം വയകമായി വായിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പി ക്കാവ . വിÚാപന പ്രകാര മുള നിർദേശങൾ പാലിക്കാതെയുള അപേ
.
ക്ഷ കൾേ അയോഗയമാക്കപ്പെടുനതാണ്
2. OMR/ONLINE ആയി നടക്കുന്ന വകുപു തല പരീക്ഷയു െട ോചോദ്യപോപപറു കളിൽ ഇംഗ്ല ീഷിലു ള്ള എലല ോ ോചോദ്യപങ്ങൾക്കും മലയോള പരിഭോഷ കൂടി ഉൾെപടു ത്തുന്നതോണ്.
3. Second Class Language Test in Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada), Minority Language Test (Tamil/Kannada), Malayalam Language Test എന്നിവ വിവരണാßക (Descriptive) രീതിയിലും വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ ബാക്കിയുള്ള എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകളും 2012 ജൂലൈ മുതൽ Objective രീതിയിലുമാണ് പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്നത്. 2019 ജനുവരി മുതൽ Alpha Code ബാധകമായിട്ടുള്ള ONLINE/OMR പരീക്ഷയാണ് നടത്തുന്നത്. ഓരോ പേപ്പറിന്റെയും പരമാവധി മാർക്ക് 100ഉം വിജയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള മിനിമം മാർക്ക് 40% ഉം ആണ്. Negative Mark ബാധകമാണ്. ഓരോ ശരിയുത്തരത്തിനും 1 മാർക്ക് ലഭിക്കുകയും ഓരോ തെറ്റുത്തരത്തിനും 1/3 (മൂന്നിലൊന്ന്) മാർക്ക് നãമാകുകയും ചെയ്യും. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് നിലവിലുള്ള with
3books/without books രീതി തുടരുന്നതാണ്. ഈ വിജ്ഞോപന പ്രകോരം വിവരണോത്മക പരീക്ഷകളു ം , പ്രോോയോഗ്ിക പരീക്ഷകളു ം ഒഴിെകയു ള്ള പരീക്ഷകൾ . ഓൺലൈലൻ / ഓ . എം . ആർ പരീക്ഷ കളോയോണ് നടത്തുന്നത്
3.1 പരീക്ഷകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം, കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നീ മൂന്ന് മേഖലകളിലായി നടത്തുവാനാണ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതാത് മേഖലകളിലെ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ ലഭ്യതയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായി പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വിവിധ മേഖലകളിലുൾപ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകൾ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.
1. തിരുവനന്തപുരം മേഖല (തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലകൾ)
2. എറണാകുളം മേഖല (കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലകൾ)
3. കോഴിക്കോട് മേഖല (മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലകൾ)
പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് അതാതു മേഖലകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകൾ മുൻഗണനാ ക്രമത്തിൽ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലക്ഷദ്വീപിലെ പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് കോഴിക്കോട്/എറണാകുളം മേഖലകളിലേക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ,OMR പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
3.1(a) KSR Part I, Rule 12 (7) നോട്ട് 2 പ്രകാരം നിർബന്ധിത വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് പരീക്ഷാ ദിവസം/ദിവസങ്ങൾ പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രത്തിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചുമുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സമയം ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഡ്യൂട്ടിയായി പരിഗണിക്കുവാൻ വ്യവസ്ഥയുണ്. KSR Part II, Rule 77-79 പ്രകാരം വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ജീവന ക്കാർക്ക് അർഹമായ യാത്രാബത്ത അനുവദനീയമാണ്.
3.2 വകുപ്പുതലപരീക്ഷയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ ഓൺലൈനായി Department Test One-time Registration ചെയ്യേണതാണ്. രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സമയത്ത് ഓരോ പരീക്ഷാർ°ിയും തങ്ങളുടെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ വിവരങ്ങളായ ജനനത്തീയതി, മേൽവിലാസം, ഒൗദ്യോഗിക പദവി, ഒൗദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസം മുതലായവ നൽകുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം നിർദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ട രീതിയിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ഫോട്ടോ (3.3(a) കാണുക) അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേ ണതാണ്. തുടർന്ന് ഒരു 'User ID' നൽകുന്നതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് തന്നെ 'Password' ഉം 'User ID' ഉം തെരെഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇവ
4രണം രഹസ്യമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കേണതും അപേക്ഷയിലൂടെ നൽകുന്ന വ്യക്തി വിവരങ്ങൾ ശരിയാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തേണതും പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ ചുമതലയാണ്. ഒരു പരീക്ഷാർ°ി യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ / പ്രൊഫൈൽ സൃãിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേണതാണ്. ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതല്‍ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ /പ്രൊഫൈൽ സൃãി ക്കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ പരീക്ഷാർ°ി ത്വം റദാക്കുനതും അവർക്കെതിരെ ഉചിതമായ അച്ചടക്കെനടപെടിെകൾേ കമ്മേീഷൻ സ്വീകരേിക്കുനതുമാണ്.
3.3 തങ്ങളുടെ 'User ID," 'Password' എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഓരോ പ്രാവശ്യവും അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ പരീക്ഷാർ°ി ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈൽ തന്നെ ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ താണ്. ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ നിന്നും ഏത് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ കഴിയും.
3.3(a) രജിസ്ട്രേഷന് ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ ഫോട്ടോയുടെ സവിശേഷതകൾ 3.3(a)1. ഫോട്ടോ 31.12.2014 ന് ശേഷം എടുത്തവയായിരിക്കണം.
ജനുവരി 2025 മുതലുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരിൽ, ആദ്യമായി വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് One Time Registration ചെയ്യുന്നവർ നിശ്ചിത മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചു കൊ ണ് ആറു മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണതാണ്. Upload ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്ക് Upload ചെയ്ത തീയതി മുതൽ 10 വർഷക്കാലത്തേക്ക് പ്രാബല്യമു ണാ യിരിക്കും. നിലവിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ 10 വർഷ കാലാവധി അധികരിച്ച Photo കൾക്കു പകരം പുതിയ ഫോട്ടാ Upload ചെയ്യേണതാണ്.
അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത തീയതിയും ഫോട്ടോയിൽ പ്രിന്റ ് ചെയ്യുകയോ മറ്റു വിധത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയോ (വ്യക്തമായി വായിക്കത്തക്ക രീതിയിൽ) ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. വകുപു തല പരീക്ഷോ െപ്രോൈഫൈലിെല ോപരും ോഫൈോോട്ടോയിൽ ോരഖപ്പെപടു ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ോപരും ( Initial ഉൾെപെട) ഒന്നോയിരിക്കണം
53.3(a)2. പരീക്ഷാർ°ിയുടെ മുഖവും തോൾഭാഗവും വ്യക്തമായി പതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലുള്ള കളർ/ബ്ലാക്ക് ആന്റ ് വൈറ്റ് പാസ്സ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയായിരിക്കണം അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണത്.
3.3(a)3. 200 പിക്സെൽ ഉയരവും, 150 പിക്സെൽ വീതിയും ഉള്ളതും jpg ഫോർമാറ്റിലുള്ളതും 30kb ഫയൽ സൈസിൽ അധികരിക്കാത്തതുമായ ഇമേജുകൾ ആണ് upload ചെയ്യേണത്. അപ്രകാരമല്ലാത്ത ഇമേജുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
3.3(a)4. വെളുത്തതോ ഇളം നിറത്തിലോ ഉള്ള പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ആയിരിക്കണം. (ഫോട്ടോയിലുള്ള വ്യക്തിയെ തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിൽ പശ്ചാത്തലം plain ആയിരിക്കണം)
3.3(a)5.മുഖം നേരെയും പൂർണ്ണമായും ഫോട്ടോയുടെ മദ്ധ്യഭാഗത്ത് പതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)6.കണ്ണുകൾ വ്യക്തമായി കാണത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലായിരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)7.തൊപ്പി, (മതാചാരത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുള്ള തൊപ്പി / ശിരോവസ്ത്രം എന്നിവയൊഴിച്ച്) ഗോഗിൾസ് എന്നിവ ധരിച്ച് എടുത്തതോ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വശം മാത്രം കാണത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലുള്ളതോ മുഖം വ്യക്തമല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ ഫോട്ടോകൾ എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല.
3.3(a)8.മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ, Web Cam എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എടുക്കുന്ന ഫോട്ടോയും Polaroid & Computer Generated Photo എന്നിവയും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
3.3(a)9.ഇളം നിറത്തിലുള്ള വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ച് എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ആയിരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)10. ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തിൽ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നടത്തിയപ്പോൾ പഴയ മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്തവർ ഇനി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ പുതിയ മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ അവസാന തീയതിക്കു മുമ്പായി അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ താണ്.
6നോട്ട്: 1-10 വരെയുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കാത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ഉള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
3.3(b). വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ അപേക്ഷകൾ ആദ്യമായി ക്ഷണിച്ച 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഒരു പാർട്ടിന്റെ പേപ്പറുകൾ ഭാഗികമായി ജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവർ ശേഷിക്കുന്ന പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി ഓൺലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേ ക്ഷിക്കേണ താണ്. 2011 ജനുവരി മുതൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയും എന്നാൽ പരീക്ഷ തോൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവർ വീണം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കേണതില്ല. 2011 ജനുവരിയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ മുതൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും വിവിധ കാരണങ്ങളാൽ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുകയോ Paper Disallow ആവുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവരും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയും ഒരു തവണ പോലും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെലാൻ verify ചെയ്യാതിരിക്കുകയും, ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവരും e- payment സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പുതിയ നിരക്കിൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് വീണം ഒടുക്കേണതാണ്.
3.3(c). പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ അവരുടെ ഫോട്ടോയോടു കൂടിയ Admission Ticket ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതും ആയത് download ചെയ്ത് (മേലധികാരി യഥാവിധി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കേണതുമാണ്.
3.3(d). വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസാന തീയതിവരെയും തങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിലെ വിവരങ്ങൾ (ഉദാ: പേപ്പറുകൾ, ടെസ്റ്റ്, മേഖല മുതലായവ) മാറ്റി നൽകുന്നതിന് പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് അനുവാദം ഉ ണായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവസാന തീയതിയിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോയും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും അടങ്ങിയ അപേ ക്ഷകളാവും പരിഗണിക്കുക. Online Application ണ പൂരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് വിÚാപനം വിശദമായി വായിക്കേ താണ്. വിÚാപനം കമ്മീഷന്റെ വെബ് സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്.
3.3(e). പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടിക യഥാസമയം ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടികകൾ പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ വെബ് സൈറ്റ്, ജില്ലാ/മേഖലാ ഓഫീസുകൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് റഫറൻസിന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടാതെ ഓരോ പരീക്ഷാർ°ിക്കും ആവശ്യമായി
7വരുന്ന പരീക്ഷകളുടെ സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടിക (ടൈംടേബിൾ) അവരവരുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ്. വ്യക്തിപരമായി പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് സമയവിവര പട്ടികകൾ തപാലിൽ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. കമ്മിഷന്റെ 5-3-2003 - ലെ 17-ാം നമ്പർ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന സർവ്വീസിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാത്തവരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
5. അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് : 2019 മെയ് മുതൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ് നിരക്ക് പുതുക്കി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്. പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ പുതുക്കിയ നിരക്കിൽ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കേണതാണ്. (സ.ഉ.(അച്ചടി.) നം. 28/2019 ധന ഉത്തരവ് തീയതി 8.3.2019) ഓൺലൈൻ ബാങ്കിംഗ് സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള e-payment മുഖേനയാണ് പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസും, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസും ഒടുക്കേ ണത് (ചെലാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ട്രഷറികളിൽ നേരിട്ടോ / ഇ ചെലാൻ മുഖേനയോ പണമൊടുക്കുന്നത് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല) e-payment മുഖേന പണമൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിലെ "Make Payment" എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ടി ഓപ്ഷൻ വഴി പരീക്ഷാർ°ിക്ക് ട്രഷറി വകുപ്പിന്റെ സൈറ്റിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ച് ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി പണം ഒടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനായി പരീക്ഷാർ°ിക്കോ/ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്കോ ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാങ്കിന്റെ Online Banking Account ആവശ്യമാണ്. ട്രഷറി സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും പണം ഒടുക്കുന്നതിനായി ബാങ്കിംഗിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന GR Number (Government Reference No.) കുറിച്ചെടുത്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കേണതാണ്. പ ണം ഒടുക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പരീക്ഷാർ°ിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ GR Number ഉൾപ്പെടെ payment details കാണാവുന്നതാണ്.
5.1. e-payment ഇടപാട് പൂർത്തിയാകുന്നതിനിടയിൽ നെറ്റ് വർക്ക് തകരാർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ സാങ്കേതിക തടസ്സങ്ങൾ കാരണം Account ൽ നിന്നും പണം debit ആകുകയും ഇടപാട് പൂർത്തിയാകാതെയും വന്നാൽ നേരത്തെ കുറിച്ചെടുത്ത GR Number ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബാങ്ക്/ ട്രഷറിയെ സമീപിച്ച് പണം ഒടുക്കിയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വ്യക്തത വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.
5.2 ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 160/- (നൂറ്റി അറുപത്) രൂപ എന്ന നിരക്കിലാണ് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എത്ര പേപ്പറകൾേ ഉണ് എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കി മുഴുവൻ പരീക്ഷാഫീസും ഒടുക്കേണതാണ്. 2019
8ജൂലൈയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ മുതൽ ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് 210/- (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത്) രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ എത്ര സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാണോ അപേ ക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് അത്രയും തുക സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒടുക്കേണ താണ്. പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഇനങ്ങളിൽ ഒടുക്കേണന്ന തുക Default ആയി കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. ജനുവരി 2011 മുതൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവർ അതേ പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ ഒടുക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് സാധുവായി പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. (അല്ലാതെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്). ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ച പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
5.3 ഒരു ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണിലേക്ക് ഒടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പണം മറ്റൊരു ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുവാൻ കഴിയുന്നതല്ല. അതായത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസിനായി ഒടുക്കിയ പണം പരീക്ഷാഫീസായോ തിരിച്ചോ വകയിരുത്തുവാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല.
നോട്ട്:
(എ) നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനം വഴിയോ ബൈട്രാൻസ്ഫർ മുഖാന്തിരമോ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ പ്രൊബേഷന്റെയോ ട്രെയിനിംഗിന്റെയോ പൂർത്തീകരണത്തിനോ, ഏതെങ്കിലും തസ്തികയിൽ ഇൻക്രിമെന്റോ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തലോ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനോ, ഉയർന്ന തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുന്നതിനോ ഒരു പോസ്റ്റിൽ പിഴ കൂടാതെ തുടരുന്നതിനോ ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റ് പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടു ണെങ്കിൽ (obligatory test) പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്കും സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള ആളുകൾക്ക് പുതുതായി ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു ണെങ്കെിൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്കും G.O.(MS)166/76/PD dated 04-06-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അതാത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് (Line of Promotion) ഉള്ള തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്കും അപേ ക്ഷകരിൽ നിന്ന് പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതല്ല. (Free Chance). ഈ സൗജന്യം ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളവും ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ തവണ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. (G.O.(MS)26/76/PD dated 25-01-1976). രണാമതെ തവണ മുതൽ ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഒരു പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് free chance-ൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അതും ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള തവണയായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനും മുഴുവനായിട്ടാണ് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം
9അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത്. അല്ലാതെയുള്ള പലപേപ്പറുകളുള്ള ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെയും ഓരോ പേപ്പറുകളായിട്ടല്ല. (G.O.(MS)29/75/PD dated 6-2- 1975). ഉദാഹരണമായി അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരാൾക്ക് (4 പേപ്പറിനും കൂടി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിയാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും) ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം കിട്ടുകയുള്ളൂ. ആ പരീക്ഷയിൽ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത തവണ മുതൽ തോറ്റ പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്ന പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേ ക്ഷിക്കേണ താണ്.
മേൽപറഞ്ഞ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ G.O.(MS)249/70/PD dated 22-7-1970 അനുസരിച്ച് ഗവ×െന്റ ് സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള ടൈപ്പിസ്റ്റുകൾക്കും സ്റ്റെനോഗ്രാഫർമാർക്കും, G.O.(MS)274/71/PD dated 27-8-1971 അനുസരിച്ച് പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തുന്ന എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് (S.S.LC Standard) ലുള്ള ക്ലറിക്കൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കുവാൻ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള താഴ്ന്ന വരുമാനക്കാരായ സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും, G.O.(Rt.) No.706/75/PD dated 21-7-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് കേരള ഖാദി ആന്റ ് വില്ലേജ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീസ് ബോർഡിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും, G.O. (Ms.) No.302/75/G.Edn. Dated 17-12-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള കേരളത്തിലെ എയ്ഡഡ് ഹൈസ്ക്കൂളിലേയും എയ്ഡഡ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്കൂളിലെയും ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും മറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും, G.O.(Ms.)No.146/76/G.Edn. Dated 04.08.1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്കും കേരളത്തിലെ ൈപ്രമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും അപ്പർ ൈപ്രമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും ഹെഡ്മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും പി.ഡി ടീച്ചർമാർക്കും , G.O(P)No.150/77/PW dated 17-09-1977 അനുസരിച്ച് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർന്ന് ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുന്നതിനും നിർബന്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പി.ഡബ്ല്യു.ഡി. മാന്വൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും (P.W.D. Manual Test) ലഭിക്കുനതാണ്.
കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O. (MS)No.215/86/LAD dated 28-10-1986 പ്രകാരവും, മുനിസിപ്പൽ കോമൺ സർവ്വീസിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് സ.ഉ.(കൈ) നം. 25/2021/ഉ.ഭ.പ.വ തീയതി 07.10.2021 പ്രകാരവും, കേരള അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O(Rt.) No.101/78/AD dated 16.01.1978 പ്രകാരവും ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നോൽ മറ്റ് യൂ ണിോവഴ്സ ിറ്റി ജീവനക്കോർക്ക് നിലവിൽ ഫൈീസ് സൗജനയപത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടോയിരിക്കുന്നതലല . 29.03.2023 തീയതിയിെല ജി.ഒ.(എം.എസ്) നം.7/2023/പി&എ.ആർ.ഡി.നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിൻ
10പ്രകോരം െപോതുമോമഖപ്പലോ സ്ഥാപനങളിലെ ജീവനക്കോർക്ക്, നിർബന്ധമോയു ം പോസ്സ ോോകണ്ട വകുപു തല പരീക്ഷകൾ എഴു തുമന്നതിന് ഒരു തവണ മോത്രം ഫ്രീ ചോൻസ് അനുവദ്ിച്ചിട്ടു ണ്ട്. ട്രഷറി, ലോക്കൽ ഫണ് ആഡിറ്റ് എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർ ഒഴികെയുള്ളവർക്ക് Account Test (Higher)–ന് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടോയിരിക്കുന്നതലല . വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിലെ Higher Secondary School Teacher, Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher, Non Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher, ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിലേയും, മെഡിക്കൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിലെയും Staff Nurse, Head Nurse എന്നീ തസ്തികകളിൽ ജോലി നോക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ നിർബന്ധം അല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഓൺലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ "Free Chance" എന്ന ഓപ്ഷനിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്ത് "Yes" എന്നു രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു എന്നതു കൊേണ് മാത്രം പരീക്ഷാർ°ിക്ക് ഫ്രീ ചാൻസ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അർഹത ഉണ് എന്ന് ധരിക്കേണതില്ല. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ വേളയിൽ "Free Chance"-ൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് അർഹതയില്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനാൽ "Free Chance" ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉണ് (ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കാതെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് ) തങ്ങൾക്ക് അർഹത എന്ന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പരിശോധിച്ച് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തിയ ശേഷം മാത്രം ആയതിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ
ണ താണ്.

(ബി) ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹരായിട്ടുള്ളവർ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം അപേ – ലെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു കൂടാതെ തങ്ങളുടെ വകുപ്പു മേധാവിയേയോ ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയേയോ കൊേണ് സർട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്യിക്കേ ണ തും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കോളത്തിൽ
മാർക്ക് ചെയ്യിക്കേ ണ തുമാണ്.
6. Annexure – A യിൽ 6 ആയി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പി.ഡബ്ല്യു.ഡി. മാന്വൽ പരീക്ഷ, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർന്നുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റത്തിനും ഇപ്പോൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ലോവറിനും പി. ഡബ്ല്യു.ഡി. പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും പുറമേ നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. Annexure - A യിൽ 24, 25 ആയി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള ജയിൽ ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് മൂന്നാം പേപ്പർ, കേരള ജയിൽ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ര ണാം പേപ്പർ (പ്രാÎിക്കൽ) പരീക്ഷകൾേക്ക് ജയിൽ ഐ.ജി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും അതായത് 30.09.1993 വരെ RICA-ൽ നിന്നും/SICA-ൽ നിന്നും 01.10.1993 മുതൽ 13.10.2003 വരെ SICA-ൽ നി ന്ന് മാത്രവും 14.10.2003 മുതൽ RICA-ൽ നിന്നും/SICA-ൽ നിന്നും ആംഡ് ആന്റ ് സ്ക്വാഡ് ഡ്രില്ലിൽ (റൈഫിൾ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ്, റിവോൾവർ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് മുതലായവ) പരിശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളൂ. തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലെ വെല്ലൂരിലുള്ള RICA-യുടെ പേര് APCA (Academy of Prisons & Correctional Administration) എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്കും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേ ക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അനുബന്ധം 'എ' യിൽ 25-ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള ജയിൽ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് രണാമത്തെ പേപ്പറിനുള്ള പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് (Practical Test) തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജയിൽ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്റ്റിനുള്ള പരിശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ അോപക്ഷിക്കുവോൻ അർഹത ഉണായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. അല്ലാതെയുള്ളവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ പ രിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ട്രെയിനിംഗ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി ജോയിന്റ ് സെക്രട്ടറി, ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് ടെസ്റ്റ് വിംഗ്, കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ, പട്ടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിക്കു മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയച്ചുതരേണതാണ്. അല്ലാത്തവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ നി രുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് അവരെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റുകളുടെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷകൾ തിരുവന ന്തപുരത്തോ, തൃശ്ശൂരോ, കണ്ണൂരോ കമ്മീഷന് സൗകര്യം എന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽവച്ചോ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്ന സ്ഥലവും തീയതിയും യഥാവസരം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.

12ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ, പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർമാർ എന്നിവർക്കു വേണി G.O.(MS.)No.154/75/LA & SWD dated 9-7-1975 പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്ന പൊതുപരീക്ഷയാണ്. മുമ്പ് നടത്തിയിരുന്ന കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്തുത ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നിർത്തലാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞു. കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ഇതിനകം തന്നെ ജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ് എഴുതുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്. കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും പേപ്പറുകൾ ജയിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ളവർ പ ഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റിലെ തദനുസൃതമായ (Corresponding) പേപ്പറിന് ചേർന്ന് ജയിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.
(എ) ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ ദി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ ് മിനിസ്റ്റീരിയൽ സ്റ്റാഫ് ഓഫ് കെ.എസ്.ഇ. ബോർഡ് എന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ പഴയ സിലബസ്സിൽ മൂന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പറായ Electricity Supply Act പ്രസ്തുത സിലബസ്സിൽ പാസ്സാകുന്നതിന് രണ് അവസരം (07/2019, 01/2020) നൽ കിേയിരുന്നതും, ടി പേപ്പർ വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പഴയ സിലബസ്സിലുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതും, 1/2019 മുതൽ പരിഷ്കരിച്ച സിലബസ്സിലുള്ള Electricity Act 2003, Companies Act 2013 & Rules ഉം അതിനോടൊപ്പം പുതുതായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയ Goods and Services Tax, Indian Contract Act – 1872- ഉം പാസ്സാകുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രം പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിലുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്.
(ബി) Annexure – A യിൽ 24-മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന Kerala Jail Officers Test- ന്റെ ഒന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പർ പഴയ സിലബസ്സിൽ പ ാസ്സായവർക്ക് ടി പേപ്പർ പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിൽ ഉള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
9. എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകളും ഭാഗികമായി പാസ്സാകാവുന്നതാണ്. അതുകൊേണ് പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് അവർ പാസ്സാകേ ണ ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ മുഴുവനായോ ഒന്നോ അതിലധികമോ പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് മാത്രമായോ അപേകിക്കുവാനുള്ള സ്വാതന്ത്യ്രം ഉണാായിരിക്കും. ONLINE/OMR മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റുകളുടെ സമയം അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ലോവർ)- കെ.എസ്.ആർ, അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ഹയർ)-കെ.എസ്.ആർ., അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടിവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് പേപ്പർ – II (കെ.എസ്.ആർ.), എക്സൈസ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (പാർട്ട് എ & പാർട്ട് ബി ) എന്നിവ ഒഴികെ ഒന്നര മണിക്കൂർ ആയിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ലോവർ)-കെ.എസ്.ആർ., അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ഹയർ)-കെ.എസ്.ആർ., അക്കൗണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടിവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് പേപ്പർ – II (കെ.എസ്.ആർ.),
13എക്സൈസ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (പാർട്ട് എ & പാർട്ട് ബി) എന്നീ പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് രണ് മണിക്കൂർ ആയിരിക്കും സമയ ദൈർഘ്യം.
10. ഉദ്യോഗനിയമനത്തിനുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പു പരീക്ഷകൾ മലയാളം ഒഴിച്ചുള്ള പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷകളിൽ എഴുതുന്നവർക്കു വേണി (G.O.(Ms.) No.142/66/PD dated 31-3-1966, G.O.(P)No.356/82/GAD dated 3-11-1982, G.O .(P) No. 164/84/GAD dated 31-5-1984) നടപ്പാക്കിയ മലയാളം സെക്കന്റ ് ക്ലാസ്സ് ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (Second Class Language Test in Malayalam) അനുബന്ധം 'എ' (Annexure – A) യിൽ 42 -ാമതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്. സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയക്രമം തുടങ്ങിയ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ അനുബന്ധം 'സി' (Annexure -C) യിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. വകുപു തല പരീക്ഷ വിജ്ഞോപനപ്രകോരം Second Class Language Test in Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada) പരീക്ഷക്ക് അോപക്ഷിക്കുന്ന പരീകാർത്ഥികൾേ ഒരേ വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാേരം Part A എഴു ത്തുപരീക്ഷക്കും Part B വോചോ പരീക്ഷക്കും (Viva Voce) പ്രോതയപകം പ്രോതയപകം അോപക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണതാണ്. അപ്രകോരമലല ോത്ത അപേകകൾേ നിരസിക്കെപടു ന്നതോണ്.
(എ) ന്യൂനപക്ഷ ഭാഷ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് പ്രസ്തുത ഭാഷയിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരിÚാനം ആവശ്യമാണെന്നതിനാൽ 12-9-1968 ലെ G.O.(MS.)No.290/68/PD പ്രകാരം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയ മൈനോറിറ്റി ലാംഗേജ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (തമിഴ്/കന്നട) അനുബന്ധം 'എ' (Annexure – A) യിൽ 43 -ാമതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്. 19-12-1987 ലെ G.O(MS.)No.283/87/LAD പ്രകാരം കേരള മുൻസിപ്പൽ സർവ്വീസ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും മൈനോറിറ്റി ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റ് എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ്. സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയക്രമം തുടങ്ങിയ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ അനുബന്ധം 'ഡി' (Annexure -D) യിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
11. Annexure – A യിൽ 48 -ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള ചുമട്ടു തൊഴിലാളി നിയമങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ കേരള ചുമട്ടു തൊഴിലാളി ക്ഷേമനിധി ബോർഡിലെ യു.ഡി ക്ലാർക്ക് തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് സ്ഥാന ക്കയറ്റം മുഖേനയോ തസ്തിക മാറ്റം മുഖേനയോ നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി Manual of Office Procedure, അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ലോവർ) എന്നിവയ്ക്കു പുറമേ നിർബന്ധമായും ജയിച്ചിരിക്കേണതാണ്. (G.O(Rt.)No.3022/2008/തൊഴിൽ dated 31-12-2008)
12. എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്കും ജയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ മാർക്ക് ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 40% (നാൽപ്പത് ശതമാനം) ആണ്.
1413. റവന്യൂ ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ 2011 ജൂലൈ മുതൽ പുതിയ സിലബസിൽ മാത്രമേ എഴുതാൻ അനുവദിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. മുൻപ് ഭാഗികമായി പഴയസിലബസ്സിൽ പാസ്സായിട്ടുള്ളവർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് പുതിയ സിലബസിൽ നാല് പേപ്പറുകളും എഴുതി പാസ്സാകേണതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ജനുവരി 2011 വരെയുള്ള നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ പ്രകാരം വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് മാന്വൽപരീക്ഷ പാസ്സായിട്ടുള്ളവരും 2019 ജനുവരി വരെയുള്ള വിÚാപനങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരം യൂണിഫൈഡ് വില്ലേജ് മാന്വൽ കോമൺ പേപ്പർ പാസ്സായിട്ടുള്ളവരും പുതിയ സിലബസ്സ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള റവന്യൂ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ നാലാമത്തെ പേപ്പറിന് വീ ണം പരീക്ഷ എഴുതേ ണതില്ല.പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ മേൽ പരീക്ഷകൾ മുൻപ് പാസ്സായിട്ടുള്ളതായി സ്ഥിരീകരണം നൽകുമ്പോൾ റവന്യൂ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ 4 പേപ്പറുകളും ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
14. Free Chance-ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന, അന്യത്ര സേവനത്തിൽ (On Deputation) തുടരുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർ Parent Department – ലെ ആഫീസ് മേധാവി / വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയെക്കൊ ണ് അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തേ ണ താണ്.
(എ) ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടെ പേഴ്സണൽ സ്റ്റാഫിൽ അംഗമായിട്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജനപ്രതിനിധി തന്നെ നിർവ്വഹിച്ചാലും മതിയാകും. അവരുടെ പേര്, പദവി മുതലായവ ഉറ്റക്കൊള്ളുന്ന സീലുകൾ യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർബന്ധമായും പ തിച്ചിരിക്കണം.
പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ
15. ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റും അതാതു വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. (ജയിൽ ടെസ്റ്റ്, കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ്, രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ്, ലോക്കൽ ഫണ് ആഡിറ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ്, ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റ്, പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ്, കോഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് ടെസ്റ്റ്, എസ്.സി. ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ്, കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ട് സർവ്വീസിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ അതാതു വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാർക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ളതാണ്. കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ് സാമൂഹ്യക്ഷേമവകുപ്പിലെ ഡിസ്ട്രിÎ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ആഫീസർമാരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലുള്ളവർക്ക് അതാതു വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിർബന്ധിതമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകളും എഴുതുവാൻ കഴിയത്തക്കവിധമാണ് കമ്മീഷൻ ടൈംടേബിൾ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വകുപ്പിൽ നിർബന്ധിതമല്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സാധിക്കുന വിധതില്‍ ഉദേയാഗാർത്ഥികൾേക്കുവേണി ടൈംടേബിളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതല്ല.
1516. 31.07.1986ലെ GO(Ms) No. 249/86/GAD അനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് (I.F.S.) ലുള്ള ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർക്ക് യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് പ്രത്യേകം നടത്തുന്നതിനാൽ 15.12.1978–ലെ GO(Ms)No.549/78/GAD അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (ലോവർ) നാല് പേപ്പറുകൾ ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പ്രസ്തുത സർവ്വീസിലുള്ളവർ പ്രത്യേക വിÚാപന പ്രകാരം യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗ ണ് ടെസ്റ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണതാണ്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് (I.F.S.) – ലുള്ള ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർ 'ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ ് കൺട്രോളിംഗ് സ്റ്റാഫ് ' എന്ന പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഈ വിÚാപന പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണതില്ല. ടി പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊണള്ള വിÚാപനം 19-2-1985 തീയതിയിലെ GO (Ms) No. 74/85/GAD അനുസരിച്ച് പ്രത്യേകം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
17. Annexure-'A' യിൽ 15 -ാമതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മുൻസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ്, മുൻസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ക്ലാർക്കുമാർക്കുവേ ണി 12-7-1978 തീയതിയിലെ G.O (Rt.)2072/78/LA &S.W.D, 25-5-1979 തീയതിയിലെ G.O(Rt.)1712/79/LA & S.W.D, 20-2- 1981 തീയതിയിലെ G.O(M.S)3681/LA & S.W.D. എന്നീ ഉത്തരവുകൾ പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്ന പരീക്ഷയാണ്. ഈ പരീക്ഷയുടേയും കേരള മുൻസിപ്പൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് മൂന്നാം പേപ്പറിന്റേയും സിലബസ് ഒന്നു തന്നെയാണ്.
18. പരീക്ഷാ ഹാളിൽ ബുക്കുകളുടെ സഹായത്തോടുകൂടി ഉത്തരമെഴുതാവുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ (with books) ഏതെല്ലാമാണെന്ന് അനുബന്ധത്തിൽ സിലബസ് വിവരിക്കുന്നിടത്ത് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പുസ്തകങ്ങളും (ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങൾ മാത്രം) അവയിൽ വരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഭേദഗതികളും തൽസംബന്ധമായി ഗവ×െന്റ ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ആÎ് ആന്റ ് റൂൾസ് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവാകുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചിത പേപ്പറിന് നിർദ്ദിã കാലാവധിക്ക് അനുവദിക്കുന്ന സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ തദനുസൃതമായി പ രീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ അനുവാദമുള്ളൂ. ഇപ്രകാരം Time Table Notification ൽ വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതല്ലാതെ സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസാധകർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കേരള സർവ്വീസ് റൂൾസ് തുടങ്ങിയ ഒരു സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണവും പരീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. കുറിപ്പുകളോ വിവരങ്ങളോ അടങ്ങിയ ബുക്കുകളും ഗൈഡുകളും, അംഗീകൃത പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് (ടൈം ടേബിൾ വിÚാപനത്തിൽ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവ ഒഴികെ) എന്നിവയും പരീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ കൊേണ വരുന്നതിന് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഈ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്ക് വിപരീതമായി പെരുമാറുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. അതിനോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ കമ്മീഷന് ഉചിതമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറ്റ് ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സിലബസിന്റെ നേർക്ക് with books എന്ന് എഴുതിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷകൾ ബുക്കുകളുടെ സഹായമില്ലാതെ എഴുതേ
16ണതാണ്. മറ്റ് നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അവ വായിച്ച് കൃത്യമായി പാലിക്കേണതുമാണ്.
(എ) മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ, ബ്ലൂടൂത്ത്, വാക്ക്മാൻ, കാൽക്കുലേറ്റർ, സ്മാർട്ട് വാച്ച് / വാച്ച് തുടങ്ങി വിവരവിനിമയത്തിനുള്ള എല്ലാ ഇലÎ്രോണിക് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും പരീക്ഷാ ക്യാമ്പസിൽ കർശനമായി നിരോധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇത്തരം ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ പരീക്ഷാഹാളിനുള്ളിൽ കൈവശം വയ്ക്കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നത് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികൾ കമ്മീഷൻ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നതാണ്.

ണി നോടോ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ണി നോടോ അപമര്യാദയായി സൂപ്ര ണി നോടോ അഡീഷണൽ ചീഫ് സൂപ്ര പെരുമാറുകയോ പരീക്ഷയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള ക്രമക്കേടുകൾ കാണിക്കുകയോ ഖÞിക 18 ലെ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്ക് വിപരീതമായി പ ണ വരികയോ ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ പരീക്ഷ രീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ ബുക്കുകൾ കൊ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു പുറമേ അവരെ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തോളം ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക്ഷകൾ എഴുതുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും വിലക്കുന്നതാണ്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ നടപടികൾക്കു പുറമേ മറ്റ് ഉചിതമായ നടപടികൾക്കായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പു മേധാവികളോടും വിജിലൻസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ് ഡയറÎറോടും ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. കമ്മിഷനംഗങ്ങളെയോ, കമ്മീഷന്റെ സ്റ്റാഫിൽപ്പെട്ട ആരെയെങ്കിലുമോ, പ രീക്ഷകനെയോ പരീക്ഷ സംബന്ധിച്ച കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കായി സ്വാധീനിക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകയോ അതിന് മറ്റാരെയെങ്കിലും നിയോഗിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ശിക്ഷ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
20. ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി വരെ പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് പേപ്പറുകൾ/മേഖല എന്നിവ മാറ്റുവാനുള്ള അവസരം അവരുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാപേപ്പറുകൾ പ രീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ സ്വയം തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിനാൽ അവസാന തീയതിക്കു ശേഷം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ട പേപ്പറുകളിൽ മാറ്റം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
(എ) പരീക്ഷയുടെ സെന്ററുകൾ മാറ്റിക്കിട്ടണമെന്നുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ സാധാരണഗതിയിൽ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ/ട്രെയിനിംഗ് മൂലം പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രം മാറ്റിക്കിട്ടണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയതിനു ശേഷം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരവ് സഹിതം പരീക്ഷ തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് തന്നെ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാവിഭാഗം ജോയിന്റ ് സെക്രട്ടറിയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണതാണ്. അത്തരം കേസുകളിൽ ലഭ്യതയ്ക്കനുസരിച്ച് പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ മാറ്റി നൽകുന്നതാണ്. കമ്മീഷന്റെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന രേഖാമൂലമായ അനുവാദം കൂടാതെ സെന്ററുകളും പേപ്പറുകളുംമാറി എഴുതുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർ°ികളുടെ
17പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ ഇãപ്രകാരം പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിന് ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വാതന്ത്യ്രം ഉണായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ Region, Region-ൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകൾ മുൻഗണനാക്രമത്തിൽ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതും തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത Region തന്നെയാണ് Online Application ൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതെന്നും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേ ണതാണ്. അപേക്ഷകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ ഇക്കാര്യം പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണതാണ്. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ സംബന്ധമായുള്ള കത്തിടപാടുകൾ എല്ലാം ജോയിന്റ ് സെക്രട്ടറി (വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ വിഭാഗം), കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ, പട്ടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പിൻകോഡ് 695 004 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആയിരിക്കേണതാണ്.
21. എക്സൈസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിന്റെ സ്പെഷ്യൽ റൂൾ ഭേദഗതിയെ തുടർന്ന് കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നേരിട്ടു നിയമിക്കുന്ന പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊബേഷനുവേ ണി നടത്തുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾ (Excise Test Part A-I &II Papers, Part B-III Paper, (MOP)) സിവില്‍ എകൈസ് ഓഫീസർ തസ്തികയിലുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർ തസ്തികയിലേയ്ക്കുള്ള പ്രൊമോഷന് ബാധകമാക്കിയും, സിവില്‍ എകൈസ് ഓഫീസർമാർക്ക് നടത്തിവന്നിരുന്ന ''Departmental Test for Excise Guards as Preventive Officers" എന്ന പരീക്ഷ നിർത്തലാക്കിയും, 20-8-2011 ലെ G.O. (P)No.26/2011/P&ARD പ്രകാരം സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുപുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന്നു. 2012 ജനുവരിയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾ മുതൽ ടി ഉത്തരവിന് പ്രാബല്യം നൽകി നടപ്പിലാക്കി വരികയാണ്. ആയതിനാൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേ ക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സിവില്‍ എകൈസ് ഓഫീസർ തസ്തികയിലുള്ളവർ, പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർ തസ്തികയിലുള്ളവർക്ക് കമ്മീഷൻ ഇപ്പോൾ നടത്തി വരുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പ രീക്ഷകളുടെ പേപ്പറുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കേണതാണ്.

മലയാളം ഒരു വിഷയമായി പതാം കാസ് വരെയോ, അലെങ്കില്‍ പ്ലസ് ടു/ ബിരുദതലതിലോ പഠിച്ചിട്ടിലാതവർ സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കുമോൾ, പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർതികരേിക്കുവാൻ കേരേളാ പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ നടതെന മലയാളം ഭാഷാ പരീക ( വിവരണാതകേ പരീക ) പാസാകണേമെന് വയവസ്ഥ ചെയിരിക്കുന. (14.08.2022 ലെ G.O (P) No 10/2022 P& ARD നമർ ഉതരവ്.) മലയാളം ലാംഗേജ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് അനുബനം A(ANNEXURE. A) യില്‍ 44-ാമതായി ചേർതിടണ്. സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയകമം തുടങെിയ വിശദവിവരങൾ അനുബനം.E (ANNEXURE. E) യില്‍ കൊേടുതിരിക്കുന.
1823. താഴെ പറയുന്ന ന്യൂനതകളുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1. മതിയായ അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ് ഇല്ലാത്ത അപേക്ഷകൾ
2. പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിനുള്ള അർഹത ഇല്ലാതെ സൗജന്യ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ
3. ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാവശ്യമായ പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗികമായോ സൗജന്യ അവസരം ഒരു തവണ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും പിന്നീട് സൗജന്യ അവസരത്തിന് അപേ ക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർ
4. നിർദ്ദേശ പ്രകാരമല്ലാത്ത ഫോട്ടോയോടുകൂടിയ അപേക്ഷകൾ
നോട്ട്: പ്രസ്തുത ന്യൂനതകൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഘട്ടത്തിൽ കണേെതകയോണെങ്കില്‍ അറിയിപ്പൊന്നും കൂടാതെ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുവാനും പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുവാനും കമ്മീഷന് അധികാരം ഉണായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
24. താഴെ പറയുന്ന ന്യൂനതകളുള്ളവരുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ യഥാവിധി നിർവ്വഹിക്കാതിരിക്കുക.
2. ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെടുകയും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക.
3. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അനുവദിക്കാത്ത പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുക.
4. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്കു മുകളിൽ മറ്റു ഫോട്ടോ ഒട്ടിച്ച് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കു ഹാജരാകുക.
25. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് - പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് പരീക്ഷാ ഹാളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കേണതും പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി അധികൃതർക്ക് കൈമാറേണതുമാണ്. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ പ രീക്ഷാർ°ിയുടെ ഒപ്പ്, ഫോട്ടോ, പേര് എന്നിവയും ഫ്രീചാൻസ് അവകാശപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആയതും പരിശോധിച്ച് മേലധികാരി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കോളങ്ങളിൽ മാർക്ക് ചെയ്തുവെന്നും ഓഫീസ് മുദ്രയോടൊപ്പം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മേലധികാരിയുടെ ഒപ്പ്, പേര്, തസ്തികയുടെ പേര്
19എന്നിവയോരോന്നും വ്യക്തമായിത്തന്നെ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്. എന്നും ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തേണതാണ്. ആഫീസ് സീൽ മേലധികാരിയുടെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക പദവിക്ക് തെളിവായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അപേ ക്ഷകൻ തന്നെ ആഫീസ് മേലധികാരിയാണെങ്കിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മേലധികാരിയുടെ മേലൊപ്പും വാങ്ങിക്കേണതാണ്. ഇവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലുമൊന്ന് വിട്ടുപോകുന്നതിനാലും അപൂർണ്ണമോ, അവ്യക്തമോ ആയ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ കാേരണവും പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാനുള്ള അവസരം നãമാകുന്നതാണ്.
26. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഓൺലൈനായി സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേ ക്ഷകളുടെ ആദ്യഘട്ട സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയിൽ സാധുവായി ക ണെത്തുന്നവരെ മാത്രം സോപാധികമായി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാഹാളിലെ വിദഗ്ധ പരിശോധനയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലെ ക്രമക്കേടുകൾ ക ണെതന്നവരുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
27. അപേക്ഷകൾ വിജയകരമായി സമർപ്പിച്ചു (Successfully uploaded/Received) എന്നതുകൊ ണ് അപേക്ഷകൾ അന്തിമമായി സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന് ധരിക്കേ ണതില്ല. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സ്വീകാര്യത സംബന്ധിച്ച് അറിയുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
28. പരീക്ഷാർ°ികൾ Region തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും e-payment ആയി ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും നൽകുന്ന 'Alert' കൃത്യമായി ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് തുടർനടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേണതാണ്.
29. അപേക്ഷകൻ ഒരു പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെ തന്നെ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പേപ്പറുകൾ വിജയിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. രണ് പ്രൊഫൈൽ വഴി അപേക്ഷ നൽകി വിജയിച്ച ശേഷം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഒരു പരീക്ഷയുടെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈൽ വഴി തന്നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ഒരു പരീക്ഷാർ°ി ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ പ്രൊഫൈൽ സൃãിക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
