In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 4 of the Kerala State Housing Board Act, 1971 (19 of 1971) read with section 5 and 6 thereof, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri. Ragesh D., Additional Secretary to Government, Housing Department as official member of the Kerala State Housing Board in the place of Sri. Tharun Lal S.,Additional Secretary to Government, Housing Department and make the following consequential amendment to the notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.4/2022/Hsg. dated 26th This is a digitally signed Gazette. 2 February, 2022 and published as S.R.O. No.179/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated 28th February, 2022, namely:-

In the said notification, for the entries against serial No.2, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Sri. Ragesh D., : Official Member".

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government have decided to appoint Sri. Ragesh D., Additional Secretary to Government, Housing Department as official member of the Kerala State Housing Board in the place of Sri. Tharun Lal S., Additional Secretary to Government, Housing Department who has been appointed as per notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.14/2024/Hsg. dated 2nd November, 2024 and published as S.R.O. No.1006/2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3505 dated 2nd November, 2024, and to make consequential amendment to the notification issued under G.O.(Ms.) No.4/2022/Hsg. dated 26th February, 2022 and published as S.R.O.No.179/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated 28th February, 2022.

This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
