Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that MANU SAM JOSE ALIAS BILAL ABDULLAH , PUTHENVILAYIL HOUSE, Konny Village, Konni Taluk of Pathanamthitta District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late JOSE SAMUEL , PUTHENVILAYIL HOUSE who expired on 07-03-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late JOSE SAMUEL. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .

Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Konni within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.

Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that NITHIN THOMAS , CHARAKUZHIKKEL BENNY BHAVAN, Konny Village, Konni Taluk of Pathanamthitta District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late BANISH C G BABU , CHARAKUZHIKKEL BENNY BHAVAN who expired on 26-02-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late BANISH C G BABU. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Konni within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.
