1. സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള കാഴ്ചപരിമിതിയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗസ്ഥർക്ക് ോഗസവണ്ടി താഴെെ പറയുന ോഗസകന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ വച്ച് ോഗസകരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തെുന വാചാ പരീക (Viva –
2Voce)-യ്ക്ക് [(G.O(P) No.31/2011/P&ARD dated 7-9-2011 പ്രകാരം) 4-8-1984 -ലെ ഗവണ്മെന്റെ് സർക്കുലർ നമ്പർ 93615/എസ്.സി.4/84/ജി.എ.ഡി പ്രകാരം നിലവിലുള്ള മാതൃകയിൽ അച്ചടിെച്ചോഗസതാ ടൈപ്പെ് ചെയ്തതോഗസതാ ആയ അോഗസപകാഫാറത്തിൽ (33x21 cm) അോഗസപകകൾ കണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ോഗസഫാറത്തിൽ (33x21 cm) അല്ലാതെയുള്ള അോഗസപകകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്. വാചാ പരീകയ്ക്ക് അോഗസപകിക്കുന പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ തങ്ങളുടടെ െകാഴ്ച പരിമിതി സംബന്ധിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികൾ (Medical Certificate in form VII / Certificate issued by Medical Board) നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ സാകയപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് അോഗസപകോഗസയാടൊെപ്പം അയച്ചു തോഗസരണ്ടതാണ്.
അോഗസപകാ ോഗസഫാറത്തിന്റെ മാതൃകയ്ക്ക് അനുബന്ധം "C" ോഗസനാക്കുക.
താഴെ െപറയുന ോഗസമഖലകളിൽ വച്ചാണ് വാചാ പരീക നടത്തെുനത്.

2. അപേപേക്ഷകൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കിട്ടിയിരിേക്കേണ്ട അപവസാന തീയതി
: 12/02/2025 3. അോഗസപകകൾ 12/02/2025 വൈകുോഗസനരം 5 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുനതാണ്. ടിെ സമയം/തീയതിക്ക് ോഗസശഷം താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന അോഗസപകകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുനതല്ല. നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനു മുൻപു തനെ ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കെുനതിലും അോഗസപക സമർപ്പിക്കുനതിലും പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ പ്രോഗസതയകം ശ്രദ്ധിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്. കാലതാമസം ഒഴിെവാക്കുനതിോഗസലക്കായി ഓഫീസ് ോഗസമധാവിയെക്കൊണ്ട് സാകയപ്പെടുത്തി അോഗസപകകൾ പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ ോഗസനരിട്ട് അയോഗസയ്ക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
4. അോഗസപകകൾ അയോഗസയ്ക്കണ്ടവിലാസം

3അോഗസപകകൾ അടക്കെം ചെയ്തത കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "Application for Admission to the Departmental Test for Visually Impaired Candidates (Viva-Voce) January 2025" എനം കവറിന്റെ താഴെെ ഇടതെു വശത്തായി അോഗസപകകന്റെ ോഗസമൽ വിലാസവും വയക്തമായി എഴുതോഗസതണ്ടതാണ്. ോഗസകരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ചെയർമാൻ, മെമ്പർമാർ, സെക്രട്ടറി എനിവരുടെ െോഗസപർക്ക് അയയ്ക്കുന അോഗസപകകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുനതല്ല.
5. ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ (വാചാ) പരീകയ്ക്ക് അോഗസപകിക്കുന കാഴ്ചപരിമിതിയുള്ള പരീകാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ോഗസലാവറിനും, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഹയറിനും നിലവിലുള്ള സിലബസ് പ്രകാരം ോഗസലാവർ, ഹയർ നിലവാരത്തിൽ ഓോഗസരാ വാചാ പരീകയും നിർബന്ധിത ോഗസപപ്പറുകൾക്ക് (obligatory) ഓോഗസരാ വാചാ പരീകയും, MOP, DOM, Secretariat Office Manual തുടങ്ങെിയ without book ോഗസപപ്പറുകൾക്ക് മറ്റൊരു വാചാ പരീകയും ആയിരിക്കും കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തെുനത്. പരമാവധി മാർക്ക് 100 ഉദ്യം ജയിക്കാനാവശയമായ മിനിമം മാർക്ക് 40-ഉദ്യം ആണ്. വാചാ പരീകയ്ക്ക് അോഗസപകിക്കുോഗസമ്പാ
ൾ ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റെിന് എത്ര ോഗസപപ്പറുക ൾ ഉദ്യോഗസണ്ടാ അത്രയും ോഗസപപ്പറുക
ൾ ക്ക് മുഴുതവനായും അോഗസപകിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്
. ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റെിന് ഭാഗികമായി അോഗസപകിക്കുനവരുടെ െഅോഗസപകക
ൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്.
6. വാചാ പരീകയ്ക്കുള്ള സമയവിവരപട്ടികകൾ ഉദ്യൾക്കൊള്ളുന അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിനം പരീകാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ോഗസനരിട്ട് അയച്ചു തരുനതാണ്.
7. വകുപ്പുതല പരീകകൾ സർവ്വീസിൽ ഉദ്യള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന.
അല്ലാത്തവരിൽ നിനം ലഭിക്കുന അോഗസപകകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്.
പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം അോഗസപകയുടെെ 6-ാം ോഗസകാളത്തിൽ വയക്തമാോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
8. അോഗസപകാഫീസ്:- ഫീസ് ഓോഗസരാ ോഗസപപ്പറിനും 160/-(നൂറ്റിഅറുപത്) രൂപ എന നിരക്കിലാണ്. ഈ അടിെസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റെിന് എത്ര ോഗസപപ്പറുകൾ ഉദ്യണ്ട് എന്
4കണക്കാക്കി മൊത്തം പരീകാഫീസ് അടോെഗസയ്ക്കണ്ടതാണ്. പരീകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഫീസ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഗവണ്മെന്റെ് ട്രഷറിയിൽ ''0051-psc-105- State PSC- 99 Examination Fee" എന അക്കൗണ്ട് ഹെഡ്ഡിൽ അടോെഗസയ്ക്കണ്ടതും അസ്സൽ ചെലാൻ രസീതു തനെ അോഗസപകോഗസയാടൊെപ്പം അയോഗസയ്ക്കണ്ടതുമാകുന. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള അോഗസപകകർ ചെലാൻ രസീതിനുപകരം ോഗസക്രാസ്ചചെയ്തത ോഗസപാസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ (Crossed Postal Order payable to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram -4) അോഗസപകോഗസയാടൊെപ്പം അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുനതാണ്. ോഗസകരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നിനള്ള അോഗസപകകർ അോഗസപകാഫീസ് ോഗസപാസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറായി എടുത്ത് അോഗസപകിച്ചാൽ അക്കാരണത്താൽ തനെ അോഗസപക നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ് .
ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ചെ പരീകാഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുനതല്ല.
ോഗസനാട്ട്:- (എ) ോഗസനരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനം വഴിെോഗസയാ ss_{Sm³kv^À മുഖാന്തിരോഗസമാ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗസ്ഥന്റെ പ്രൊോഗസബഷന്റെോഗസയാ ട്രെയിനിംഗിന്റെോഗസയാ പൂർത്തീകരണത്തിോഗസനാ ഏതെങ്കിലും തസ്തികയിൽ ഇൻക്രിമെോഗസന്റാ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തോഗസലാ ലഭിക്കുനതിോഗസനാ ഉദ്യയർന തസ്തികയിോഗസലക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുനതിോഗസനാ ഒരു ോഗസപാസ്റ്റിൽ പിഴെ കൂടാെതെ തുടരെുനതിോഗസനാ ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റെ് പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന് നിർോഗസദ്ദശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ (obligatory tests) പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾക്കും സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള ആളുടകൾക്ക് പുതുതായി ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾക്കും G.O.(MS)166/76/PD dated 4-6-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അതാത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് (Line of promotion) ഉദ്യള്ള തസ്തികകളിോഗസലയ്ക്ക് ആവശയമായ വകുപ്പുതല പരീകകൾക്കും അോഗസപകകരിൽ നിന് ഫീസ് ഈടാെക്കുനതല്ല (Free Chance). ഈ സൗജനയം ഓോഗസരാ ടെസ്റ്റെിനെ സംബന്ധച്ചിടോെഗസത്താളവും ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒനിൽ കൂടുതൽ തവണ ലഭിക്കുനതല്ല. (G.O.(MS)26/76/PD dated 25-1-1976). രണ്ടാമത്തെ
5തവണ മുതൽ ഫീസ് ഈടാെക്കുനതാണ്. ഒരു പരീകയ്ക്ക് അോഗസപകിക്കുകയും ആയതിന് ഫീസ് സൗജനയം (free chance) അനുവദ്ിക്കുകയും എനാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ പരീകയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതാൽ അതും ഫീസ് സൗജനയം അനുവദ്ിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടൂള്ള തവണയായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുനതാണ്. ഫീസ് സൗജനയം അനുവദ്ിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് ഓോഗസരാ ടെസ്റ്റെിനും മുഴുതവനായിട്ടാണ്. അല്ലാതെ പലോഗസപപ്പറുകളുടള്ള ഓോഗസരാ ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റെയും ഓോഗസരാ ോഗസപപ്പറുകളായിട്ടല്ല. (G.O.(MS)29/75/PD dated 6-2-1975) മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ ആനുകൂലയങ്ങൾ G.O.(MS)249/70/PD dated 22-7-1970 അനുസരിച്ച് ഗവണ്മെന്റെ് സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള ടൈപ്പെിസ്റ്റുകൾക്കും സ്റ്റെോഗസനാഗ്രാഫർമാർക്കും G.O.(MS.)274/71/PD dated 27-8- 1971 അനുസരിച്ച് പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തെുന എസ്സ്.എസ്സ്.എൽ.സി. സ്റ്റാോഗസന്റർഡ് (S.S.LC Standard)-ലുള്ള ക്ലറിക്കൽ പരീകയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കുവാൻ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള താഴ വരുമാനക്കാരായ ഗവണ്മെന്റെ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O.(Rt.)No.706/75/PD dated 21-7-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് ോഗസകരള ഖാദ്ി ആന്റ് വിോഗസല്ലജ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീസ് ോഗസബാർഡിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O. (MS.) No.302/75/G.Edn. dated 17-12-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഒബ്ലിോഗസഗറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ോഗസകരളത്തിലെ എയിഡഡ് ഹൈസ്കൂളിോഗസലയും എയിഡഡ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്കൂളിോഗസലയും ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും മറ്റു ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O. (MS.)No.146/76/G.Edn. dated 4-8-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ഒബ്ലിോഗസഗറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾക്കും ോഗസകരളത്തിലെ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുടകളിലെയും അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുടകളിലെയും ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും പി.ഡി. ടീെച്ചർമാർക്കും G.O.(P)No.150/77/PW dated 17- 9-1977 അനുസരിച്ച് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെെ പ്രൊോഗസബഷൻ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുനതിനും തുടർെന് ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുനതിനും നിർബന്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന പി.ഡബ്ലയ.ഡി. മാനുവൽ ടെസ്റ്റെിനും (P.W.D Manual Test) ലഭിക്കുനതാണ് .
6ോഗസകരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് ോഗസകാമൺ സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O.(MS)No.215/86/LAD dated 28-10-1986 പ്രകാരവും മുൻസിപ്പൽ ോഗസകാമൺ സർവ്വീസിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് സ.ഉദ്യ.
(കൈ) നം. 25/2021/ഉദ്യ.ഭ.പ.വ തീയതി 7.10.2021 പ്രകാരവും ഒബ്ലിോഗസഗറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അർഹതയുണ്ടായിരിക്കുനതാണ്. 29.03.2023 തീയതിയിെലെ ജി.ഒ.(എം.എസ്) നം.7/2023/പേി&എ.ആർ.ഡി.നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം െപോതുമേമേഖലൊ സ്ഥാപേനങ്ങളിെലെ ജീവനക്കോർക്കേ്, നിർബന്ധമോയു ം പോസ്സ ാേകണ്ട വകുപു തലെ പേരീക്ഷകൾ എഴു തുമന്നതിന് ഒര തവണ മോത്രം ഫ്രീ ചാൻസ് അപനുവദിച്ചിട്ടു ണ്ട്.
ോഗസകരള അഗ്രിക്കൽച്ചറൽ യൂ ണിേവഴ്സ ിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O (Rt.)No.101/78/AD dated 16-1- 1978 പ്രകാരം ഒബ്ലിോഗസഗറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അർഹത ഉദ്യണ്ടായിരിക്കുനതാണ്. എന്നാൽ മേറ്റ് യൂ ണിേവഴ്സ ിറ്റി ജീവനക്കോർക്കേ് നിലെവിൽ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അപർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതലെല .
ട്രഷറി, ോഗസലാക്കൽ ഫണ്ട് ആഡിറ്റ് എനീ വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് മാത്രോഗസമ Account Test (Higher)-ന് ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അർഹത ഉദ്യണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
വിദ്യാഭയാസ വകുപ്പിലെ Higher Secondary School Teacher, Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher, Non-Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher ആോഗസരാഗയ വകുപ്പിലെയും മെഡിക്കൽ വിദ്യാഭയാസ വകുപ്പിലെയും Staff Nurse, Head Nurse എനീ തസ്തികകളിൽ ോഗസജാലി ോഗസനാക്കുനവർക്ക് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക നിർബ്ബന്ധം അല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അർഹത ഉദ്യണ്ടായിരിക്കുനതല്ല.
(ബി) മുകളിൽ ോഗസനാട്ട് (എ)-ൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളവർക്കു മാത്രോഗസമ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് അർഹത ഉദ്യണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള. ഇപ്രകാരം അർഹരായ അോഗസപകകരുടെെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അോഗസപകകളിൽ വകുപ്പ് ോഗസമധാവി/ഓഫീസ് ോഗസമലധികാരി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പൂർണ്ണമായി പൂരിപ്പിച്ചിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതും സൗജനയം അർഹിക്കുന ടെസ്റ്റെുകളുടടെെ പൂർണ്ണവിവരം നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട
7സ്ഥലത്ത് ോഗസരഖപ്പെടുത്തി ോഗസപരെഴുതതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് ആഫീസ് മുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ചിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതുമാണ്.
അപൂർണ്ണമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കോഗസറ്റാടുകൂടിെയ അോഗസപകകൾ നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്.
9. അനുബന്ധം A യിൽ 6- മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന പി.ഡ.ബ്ലയ.ഡി മാനുവൽ ടെസ്റ്റെ്.
പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊോഗസബഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുനതിനും തുടർെനള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റത്തിനും ഇോഗസപ്പാൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ോഗസലാവറിനും പി.ഡബ്ലയ.ഡി ടെസ്റ്റെിനും പുറോഗസമ നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

അനുബന്ധം A യിലെ (Annexure-A) ോഗസപാലീസ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് 19, 20 എനിവ പ്രോഗസതയകം ടെസ്റ്റെുകൾ തനെയായിരിക്കും (G.O(MS)No.146/82/Home(A)Department dated 16-12-1982 അനുസരിച്ച്).
10. അനുബന്ധം A യിൽ 43-മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന ോഗസകരള ചുമട്ടുതൊഴിെലാളി നിയമങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക ോഗസകരള ചുമട്ടു തൊഴിെലാളി ോഗസകമനിധി ോഗസബാർഡിലെ യു.ഡി. ക്ലാർക്ക് തസ്തികയിോഗസലക്ക് സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം മുോഗസഖനോഗസയാ തസ്തികമാറ്റം മുോഗസഖനോഗസയാ നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുനതിനായി എം.ഒ.പി, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ോഗസലാവർ) എനിവയ്ക്ക് പുറമെ നിർബന്ധമായും ജയിച്ചിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്. (G.O(Rt.)No.3022/2008/തൊഴിെൽ dated 31-12- 2008)

12. ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടടെെ ോഗസപഴ്സണൽ സ്റ്റാഫിൽ അംഗമായിട്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർ വകുപ്പുതല വാചാ പരീകയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കുന അോഗസപകയിോഗസലയും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിോഗസലയും സാകയപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ (ഫ്രീചാൻസ് ഒഴിെകെയുള്ളവ) ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജനപ്രതിനിധി തനെ
8നിർവ്വഹിച്ചാലും മതിയാകും. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജനപ്രതിനിധിയുടെെ ോഗസപര്, പദ്വി മുതലായവ ഉദ്യൾക്കൊള്ളുന സീലുകൾ യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർബന്ധമായും പതിച്ചിരിക്കണം.
13. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ തമിഴുതം കനടയെും ഭാഷാ നയൂനപകങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് ലാന്റ് റവനയൂ മാനുവൽ Volume VI ടെസ്റ്റെ്, ോഗസകരള രജിോഗസസ്ട്രഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, കനാൽ റൂൾസ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് എനിവയ്ക്ക് തമിഴിെോഗസലാ കനടയെിോഗസലാ തനെ ഉദ്യത്തരം പറയുവാനുള്ള അവകാശമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുനതാണ്.
അപ്രകാരം തമിഴിെോഗസലാ കനടയെിോഗസലാ ഉദ്യത്തരം പറയുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുനവർ അോഗസപകാ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ 6-ാം ോഗസകാളത്തിൽ ആ വിവരം വയക്തമായി കാണിച്ചിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
14. അോഗസപകാഫാറം:- ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ വാചാ പരീകകൾക്കുള്ള അോഗസപകകൾ (Annexure- C) അച്ചടിെച്ചോഗസതാ ടൈപ്പെ് ചെയ്തതോഗസതാ സ്റ്റെൻസിൽ ചെയ്തതോഗസതാ തനെ ആയിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്.
കൈകൊണ്ടെഴുതതിയ ഫാറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന അോഗസപകകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുനതല്ല. അോഗസപകാഫാറത്തിോഗസനാടൊെപ്പം അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് (Annexture-D) കൂടിെ അയച്ചു തോഗസരണ്ടതാണ്. രണ്ടും വെോഗസവ്വറെ ോഗസപപ്പറുകളിൽ എടുത്തവ ആയിരിക്കണം.
പരീകാർത്ഥിയുടെെ ആറു മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത പാോഗസസ്പാർട്ട്സൈസ് ോഗസഫാോഗസട്ടാ അോഗസപകയിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലും പ്രോഗസതയകം നിർോഗസദ്ദശിക്കുന സ്ഥലത്ത് (അതായത്, അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിന്റെ വലതുവശം മുകളിലായി) പതിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത ഫീസ് അടച്ചെ് പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ തങ്ങളുടടെെ കൺോഗസട്രാളിംഗ് ഓഫീസറെ കൊണ്ടു സാകയപ്പെടുോഗസത്തണ്ടതാണ്. എനാൽ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തിന് (Free Chance) അർഹതയുള്ള പരീകാർത്ഥികൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസ്/വകുപ്പ് ോഗസമധാവിയെക്കൊണ്ടും പരീകാർത്ഥി ഓഫീസ് ോഗസമധാവിയാണെങ്കിൽ അോഗസദ്ദഹത്തിന്റെ ോഗസമലധികാരിയെ/വകുപ്പുതലവനെക്കൊണ്ടും സാകയപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിോഗസക്കണ്ടതാണ്. സാകയപ്പെടുത്തുന ആളിന്റെ ോഗസപരും ഉദ്യോഗസദ്യാഗോഗസപ്പരും ഓഫീസ് സീലും നിർബന്ധമായും കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം. അോഗസപകാോഗസഫാറത്തിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലും ോഗസഫാോഗസട്ടാ പതിച്ച് ോഗസമൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയിൽ സാകയപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അോഗസപകകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ടോഗസഫാറത്തിലല്ലാതെയുള്ള
9അോഗസപകകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുനതല്ല. യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഒോഗസപ്പാ/വിരലടയൊളോഗസമാ ോഗസരഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത അോഗസപകകളുടം നിരസിക്കുനതാണ്. ഒനിലധികം ടെസ്റ്റെിന് ോഗസചരണമെനള്ളവരും ഒരു അോഗസപക അയച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുനതാണ്. അോഗസപകാ ോഗസഫാറോഗസത്താട്െ ഒരുമിച്ചുള്ള അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിൽ അോഗസപകകർ എഴുതോഗസതണ്ട ോഗസപാസ്റ്റൽ അഡ്രസ് സഹിതം എല്ലാ വിവരങ്ങളുടം കൃതയമായും വയക്തമായും എഴുതതിയിരിക്കണം.
അോഗസപകാോഗസഫാറത്തിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലും അോഗസപകിക്കുന ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റെ/ോഗസപപ്പറിന്റെ വിവരം ഒരുോഗസപാലെ അനുബന്ധം "എ" യിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുനതുോഗസപാലെ തനെ വളരെ വയക്തമായി ോഗസരഖപ്പെടുോഗസത്തണ്ടതാണ്.

പുതുക്കിയ അോഗസപകാോഗസഫാറത്തിന്റെ മാതൃക അനുബന്ധം 'സി' യിലും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിന്റെ മാതൃക അനുബന്ധം "ഡി" യിലും ോഗസചർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
