WHEREAS, under subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, a candidate for appointment by direct recruitment must have completed eighteen years and must not have completed forty years of age on the 1st day of January of calendar year in which the applications for appointment are invited. years in the case of candidate belonging to any of the Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe and by three years in the case of candidate belonging to any of the Other Backward Classes;

AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Thadukkassery Service Co operative Bank Limited No.F.534 in Palakkad District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules,1969 for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt.Sindhu.P, whose date of birth is 18 th May, 1975, as Pharmacist and Sri.Ramadas. K, whose date of birth is 05th November, 1969, as Salesman in the Neethi Medical Store functioning under the said Bank, considering their service in the said Bank;

AND WHEREAS, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has forwarded the proposal to the Government to exempt the said bank from the provisions of sub rule (1) of Rule 183 of the said Rules, for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt. Sindhu.P as Pharmacist and Sri.Ramadas. K as Salesman in the Neethi Medical Store functioning under the said Bank, considering their service in the said Bank ;

AND WHEREAS, the Government have examined the matter in detail and are satisfied that it is necessary to exempt the Thadukkassery Service Cooperative Bank Limited No.F.534 in Palakkad District from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969 so as to enable the said bank for regularising the appointment of Smt. Sindhu.P as Pharmacist and Sri.

Ramadas. K as Salesman in the Neethi Medical Store functioning under the said

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 181 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby exempt the Thadukkassery Service Cooperative Bank Limited No.F.534 in Palakkad District from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the said Rules, so as to enable the said bank for regularising the appointment of Smt.Sindhu.P as Pharmacist and Sri. Ramadas. K as Salesman in the Neethi Medical Store functioning under the said Bank.

Explanatory Note

As per subrule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, a candidate for appointment by direct recruitment must have completed eighteen years and must not have completed forty years of age on the 1st day of January of the calendar year in which the application for appointment are invited. The Government have examined the matter in detail and are satisfied that it is necessary to exempt the Thadukkassery Service Co operative Bank Limited No.F.534 in Palakkad District from the provisions of sub rule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules,1969 so as to enable the said bank for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt.Sindhu.P as Pharmacist and Sri.Ramadas.K as salesman in the Neethi Medical Store Functioning under the said bank.
