പുനലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ സോമൻ സി , ദീി മന്ദിരം ,ചോഴിയക്കോട് പി ഒ, കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ (ദീി മന്ദിരം ,അഗ്യക്കോട്,അഞ്ചൽ പി.ഒ )എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക്.

ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ ലജിതാമണി റ്റി, ദീി മന്ദിരം ,ചോഴിയക്കോട് പി ഒ, കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ (നിലവിൽ താമസം ദീി മന്ദിരം ,അഗ്യക്കോട്,അഞ്ചൽ പി.ഒ എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ്. ), ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 29-01-2021 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മുൻപിന്നാലെ മരണപ്പെട്ടുപോയിട്ടുളളതാണ്.ക്രമനമ്പർ 2 ന് ജനിതക വൈകല്യങ്ങൾ ഉളളതിനാൽ ടിയാന് വേണ്ടി മാതാവാണ് മൊഴി നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that SREEJA, PAVITHRALAYAM, NEDIYARA, 691306, Anchal Village, Punalur Taluk of Kollam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate for VARIOUS Purposes in respect of the legal heirs of late PRATHAP J ,PAVITHRALAYAM, NEDIYARA, , 691306 who expired on 26-10-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late PRATHAP J. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Minor is under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Punalur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Punalur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Deceased has no Children Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Punalur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
