2104 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pathanamthitta District KonniTaluk NOTICE No: 99663112 15-01-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that SHEEBA ANSARI , SHIBU MANZIL, Konny Village, Konni Taluk of Pathanamthitta District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late P S ANSARI , SHIBU MANZIL who expired on 22-12-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late P S ANSARI. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Konni within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.
Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

കോന്നി താലൂക്കിൽ അരുവാപ്പുലം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ തങ്കമണി , താന്നിവിള പുത്തൻ വീട് എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി അരുവാപ്പുലം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ ഭർത്താവ് പി. മുത്തു, താന്നിവിള പുത്തൻ വീട്, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ അരുവാപ്പുലം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 20-11-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതയുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
