Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Manjulatha B, Mini Manju Bhavanam, Kidangayam Naduvil, Sooranad South Village, Kunnathur Taluk of Kollam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late V T Maniama, Mini Manju Bhavanam, Kidangayam Naduvil, Sooranad South Village who expired on 13-09-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late V T Maniama. That it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents and husband of the deceased are no more. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahsildar , Kunnathur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.

Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

കുന്നത്തൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ രനാട് വടക്ക് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ സുകുമാരൻ, അമ്പീലയ്യത്ത്, പുലിക്കുളം മുറി, രനാട് വടക്ക് വില്ലേജ് എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി രനാട് വടക്ക് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതന്റെ സഹോദരപുത്രൻ കോമളൻ, അമ്പീലയ്യത്ത്, പുലിക്കുളം മുറി, രനാട് വടക്ക് വില്ലേജ്, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ രനാട് വടക്ക് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 01-12-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതന്റെ നിയമാനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതൻ അവിവാഹിതനും ടിയാളുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മുൻപിനാലെ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
