കുന്നംകുളം താലൂക്കിൽ കുന്നംകുളം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ശാന്ത, W/o സി.പി നീലകൻ നമ്പീശൻ, ള്ളിയിൽ ഹൗസ്, കാണിയാമ്പാൽ റോഡ്, കുന്നംകുളം, പിൻ 680503 എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് ബാങ്കിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി കുന്നംകുളം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ മകൻ അജ് സി.എൻ, , സ്മരൺ, നെറു നഗർ, കാണിയാമ്പാൽ റോഡ്, കുന്നംകുളം, പിൻ 680503, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ കുന്നംകുളം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 11-02-1977 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ, ഭർത്താവ് എന്നിവർ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
