Whereas the Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd has deposited in this Court an amount of `.33,98,619/- (Thirty Three Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Ninteen only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Stefin Babu who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Servant under Prabin C Hareesh on 07.06.2021.The Assistant Labour Officer,Kannur,3rd circle has reported that below.

They are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the employee's compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.

M who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in Lorry bearing Registrationon No.KL-50D-8963 on 03.07.2023.The Assistant Labour,Vadakara has reported that below.
