In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 202 3 (CentralAct 46 of 2023) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Smt.Bindu Puthiyarakkal, Advocate, Roll No.K/673/2001, Harinandanam This is a digitally signed Gazette. House, Nadapuram P.O., Kozhikode District, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.540/2023 of Kuttiadi Police Station, Kozhikode District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note

Government considers it necessary to appoint Smt.Bindu Puthiyarakkal, Advocate, Roll No.K/673/2001, Harinandanam House, Nadapuram P.O., Kozhikode District who is having the requisite qualification as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.540/2023 of Kuttiadi Police Station, Kozhikode District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
