2ഩ്രദേത്തെിൽ റയറഴാമ സ്ഥാഩനങ്ങൾ ആയൿബിക്കുന്നതിനുൿ ഩ്രറർത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുൿ റിറിധ ഴൿസ്ഥാന നിമഭങ്ങൾ ഩ്രകായൿ ആറയെഭാമി റയുന്ന റിറിധതയൿ രേഴൻഴുകൾ, ക്ലിമറൻഴുകൾ അഥറാ ഴർട്ടിപിക്കറുകൾ എന്നിറ റേഗത്തിൽ നൽകുന്നതിനാമി ഩ്രഴ്തുത ഩ്രദേത്തെിനുറേണ്ടി താലെ ഩട്ടിക I-ൽ ഩറഞ്ഞിയിക്കുന്ന അൿഗങ്ങളെ ഉൾപ്പെലുത്തി "ഴിഡ്കോ കാഴർഗോഡ് റയറഴാമ എകേറ് ഏകജാരക ക്ലിമറൻഴ് ഫോർഡ്" എന്ന ഩേയിൽ ഏകജാരക ക്ലിമറൻഴ് ഫോർഡ് യൂഩീകയിക്കുകമുൿ ചെയ്യുന്നു, അതാമത് :—

ഩ്രഴ്തുത ആക്റിലെ 5- റകുപ്പ് (4)– ഉഩറകുപ്പ് ഩ്രകായൿ കാഴർഗോഡ് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ, ഫോർഡിലെ ചെമർഭാനുൿ എകേറ് ഭാനേജർ, ഴിഡ്കോ എകേറ്, റിദയാനഗർ, കാഴർഗോഡ് ഫോർഡിലെ കൺറീനറുഭാമിയിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

(ഇത് റിജ്ഞാഩനത്തിലെ ബാഗഭാകുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ , അതിലെ ഩൊതു ഉകേയെൿ റെളിപ്പെലുത്താൻ ഉകേബ്ലിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ്.) 1999-രെ കേയള റയറഴാമ ഏകജാരക ക്ലിമറൻഴ് ഫോർഡുകളുൿ റയറഴാമ നഗ്യ ഩ്രദേറെികഴനറുൿ ആക്റിരെ (2000-രെ 5) 2- റകുപ്പ് (എപ്) ഖണ്ഡഩ്രകായൿ ഴൿസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതു ഩ്രദേത്തെെമുൿ റയാറഴാമിക ഩ്രദേഭൊമി ഩ്രഖ്യാഩിക്കാറുന്നതുൿ ആക്റിലെ 5- റകുപ്പ് (1)- ഉഩറകുപ്പ് ഩ്രകായൿ ഩ്രഴ്തുത ഩ്രദേത്തെിനുറേണ്ടി ഏകജാരക ക്ലിമറൻഴ് ഫോർഡ് യൂഩീകയിക്കാറുന്നതുഭാണ്. അഩ്രകായൿ കാഴർഗോഡ് ജില്ലമിരെ കാഴർഗോഡ് ഭുനിഴിപ്പാരിറിമിരെ കാഴർഗോഡ് റില്ലേജിരെ ഴിഡ്കോമുലെ ഉലഭസ്ഥതമിരുൿ കേറാെറകാത്തെിരുഭുള്ള 681.50 ആർ ബൂഭി ഉൾപ്പെലുന്ന ഩ്രദേത്തെെ ഴൿസ്ഥാനത്തെ യു റയറഴാമ ഩ്രദേഭൊമി ഩ്രഖ്യാഩിക്കുറാനുൿ ഩ്രഴ്തുത ഭേഖരമ്ക്കാമി "ഴിഡ്കോ കാഴർഗോഡ് റയറഴാമ എകേറ് ഏകജാരക ക്ലിമറൻഴ് ഫോർഡ് " യൂഩീകയിക്കുറാനുൿ കേയള ഴർക്കാർ തീയുഭാനിച്ചു.
ഭേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ര്േഷ്യൿ നിററേറുന്നതിന് ഉകേബ്ലിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ റിജ്ഞാഩനൿ.

G. O. (P) No. 49/2024/ID. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 27th December, 2024 12th Dhanu, 1200 6th Pousha, 1946.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000) the Government of Kerala hereby declare 681.50 Ares of land owned and possessed by SIDCO in Kasaragod Village in Kasaragod Municipality in Kasaragod District as specified in Schedule II below to be an Industrial Area of the State and constitute a Single Window Clearance Board for the said area to be known as "SIDCO Industrial Estate Kasaragod Single Window Clearance Board" for the purpose of speedy issue of various licences, clearances or certificates required under the various State enactments for setting up and running of enterprises with the following members mentioned in the Schedule I below, namely:—

(a) The General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kasaragod (Nominee of the Principal Secretary to Government, Industries Department);
(b) The District Collector, Kasaragod;
(c) The Division Head, Industrial Estate Division, SIDCO Head Office, Thiruvananthapuram (Chief Executive of the Agency owning or Managing the Industrial Area);
(d) The Estate Manager, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Vidyanagar, Kasaragod (Designated authority of the Industrial area concerned);
(e) The District Officer of the Kerala State Pollution Control Board, Kasaragod;
(f) The District Officer of the Electrical Inspectorate, Kasaragod;
(g) The District Officer of the Town and Country Planning Department, Kasaragod;
(h) The District Medical Officer, Kasaragod;
(i) The Deputy Chief Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, Kasaragod;
(j) The District Officer, Department of Factories and Boilers, Kasaragod;
(k) The Divisional Officer, Department of Fire and Rescue Services, Kasaragod;
(l) The Divisional Forest Officer, Kasaragod;
5(m) The District Labour Officer, Kasaragod;
(n) The Deputy Commissioner, State Goods and Service Tax Department, Kasaragod;
(o) The Executive Engineer, Kerala Water Authority, Kasaragod;
(p) The Secretary, District Tourism Promotion Council, Kasaragod;
(q) The General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kasaragod.
The District Collector, Kasaragod shall be the Chairman of the Board and the Estate Manager, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Vidyanagar, Kasaragod shall be the Convenor of the Board under sub-section (4) of section 5 of the said Act.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
As per clause (f) of section 2 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000), Government may declare any area in the State to be an industrial area and may constitute Single Window Clearance Board for the said area as per sub-section(1) of section 5 of the said Act. Accordingly, the Government have decided to declare the area of 681.50 Ares of land owned and possessed by SIDCO in Kasaragod Village of Kasaragod Municipality in Kasaragod District to be an Industrial Area of the State and to constitute "SIDCO Industrial Estate, Kasaragod Single Window Clearance Board" for the said area.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
