കോഴഞ്ചേരി താലൂക്കിൽ കീടങ്ങർ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ശാരദാമണി .ടി ആനന്ദ ഭവനിൽ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് കേരള ലാൻഡ് റവന മാനവൽ വാല്യം VI , ഖിക 236 ലെ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി കീടങ്ങർ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ മകൻ ബിജു എം നായർ, ആനന്ദ ഭവനിൽ , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ കീടങ്ങർ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 23-12-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

കോഴഞ്ചേരി താലൂക്കിൽ മെഴുവേളി വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ സി കെ സദാനന്ദൻ ദ്വാരക വീട്ടിൽ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് കേരള ലാൻഡ് റവന മാനവൽ വാല്യം VI , ഖിക 236 ലെ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി മെഴുവേളി വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ സി വി ഓമന കുഞ്ഞമ്മ , ദ്വാരക വീട്ടിൽ , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ മെഴുവേളി വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 29-12-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
