വിഷയം:—തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ്—പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ്—മുൻ പഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി/സീനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠് തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ 27-10-2022 തീയതിവരെയുള്ള സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക 31-12-2024 അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി കാലികമാക്കിയത് അന്തിമമാക്കി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
പരാമർശം:—ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള 3-5-2025-ലെ ഇതേ നമ്പർ നോട്ടീസ്.
ഉത്തരവ്
ഏകീകൃത തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് നിലവിൽ വന്ന 27-10-2022 വരെയുള്ള മുൻപഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ സെക്രട്ടറി/സീനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠് തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക 31-12-2024 അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി കാലികമാക്കി പരാമർശപ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ലഭിച്ച ആക്ഷേപങ്ങളിൽ രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരം സർവ്വീസ് സംബന്ധമായ തിരുത്തലുകൾ, ഉൾക്കുറിപ്പിലെ തിരുത്തലുകൾ എന്നിവ വരുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.
സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്ന ശ്രീ. നിഖിൽ, കെ. കെ.-യുടെ ആവശ്യം പരിഗണിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. കരട് പട്ടികയിലെ ക്രമനമ്പർ 713 ശ്രീമതി മിനിമോൾക്ക് സെക്രട്ടറി തസ്തികയിൽ പ്രമോഷൻ ലഭിക്കാത്തതിനാൽ ടിയാളെ അന്തിമ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠്.
ശ്രീ. ലിജോ അഗസ്റ്റിൻ ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സീനിയോറിറ്റി സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വിഷയം ഇപ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ പരിഗണനയിലിരിക്കുന്ന വിഷയമായതിനാൽ നിലവിൽ പരിഗണനാർഹമായി കാണുന്നില്ല.
ശ്രീമതി സുഷമ, പി.-യുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ക്രമനമ്പർ തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് പ്രമോഷൻ തീയതി പ്രകാരമായതിനാൽ ടിയാളുടെ ക്രമം മാറ്റണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം പരിഗണനാർഹമല്ല. ഇപ്രകാരം തിരുത്തൽ വരുത്തി 27-10-2022 വരെയുള്ള മുൻപഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ സെക്രട്ടറി/സീനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠് തസ്തിക യിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക 31-12-2024 അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി അന്തിമമാക്കി അംഗീകരിച്ചും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചും ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (നഗരകാര്യം) വകുപ്പിലെ സീനിയർ സെക്രട്ടറി, എൽ. എസ്. ജി. എെ.
(മുൻ നഗരകാര്യ വകുപ്പിലെ മുനിസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ഗ്രേഡ് III) തസ്തികയിൽ സേവനമനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിരുന്ന 27-10-2022 വരെയുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക 1-1-2025 അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയ കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊ≠് പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടികയി∑േൽ ഒരാക്ഷേപമാണ് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ശ്രീ. ആകാശ,് എം. എസ്.
