50586 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thrissur District TalappillyTaluk NOTICE No: 103852707 08-12-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that ABDUL RASAK P P, PADIKKAPARAMBIL HOUSE, PATHANKALLU, Wadakkancherry(M), PARLIKKAD, 680623, Vadakkancherri Village, Talappilly Taluk of Thrissur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before State Purpose in respect of the legal heirs of late MUHAMMAD RASHID P A, PADIKKAPPARAMBIL HOUSE PATHAMKALLU PARLIKAD P O 680623 who expired on 10-03-2021 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MUHAMMAD RASHID P A. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .
Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Talappilly within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.
Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
