കുട്ടനാട് താലൂക്കിൽ കാവാലം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ഡി. മംഗളൻ കാരക്കാട്, നാരകത്തറ P.O, കാവാലം, PIN - 688506 എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി കാവാലം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ മകൾ ശ്യാമ .എം, ചത്രത്തിൽ കണ്ടത്തിൽ, പെരിങ്ങര _P.O, തിരുവല്ല., ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ കാവാലം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 25-12-2024 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പിതാവ് മരിച്ചുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ഭാര്യ നിയമപരമായി വിവാഹബന്ധം പേർപിരിഞ്ഞതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that SINI PRAKASH KAITHATHARA, KUNNUMMA WEST ,KAVALAM P.O, ALAPPUZHA - 688506, , Kunnumma Village, Kuttanad Taluk of Alappuzha District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before VARIOUS PURPOSE in respect of the legal heirs of late PRAJEESH PRAKASH KAITHATHARA, KUNNUMMA WEST ,KAVALAM P.O, ALAPPUZHA - 688506, who expired on 02-10-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late PRAJEESH PRAKASH. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .

Father and mother of deceased alive. Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 2 in the below list.

Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kuttanad within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that JASMIN JOSEPH VALAMPARAMPIL PACHA, CHEKKIDIKADU P O, EDATHUA, ALAPPUZHA - 689573, Edathva Village, Kuttanad Taluk of Alappuzha District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various purpose in respect of the legal heirs of late SUNIL XAVIER VALAMPARAMPIL PACHA, CHEKKIDIKADU P O, EDATHUA, ALAPPUZHA - 689573 who expired on 19-04-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late SUNIL XAVIER.

that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents of deceased already dead. Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kuttanad within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
