50650 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Palakkad District Attappadi TribalTaluk NOTICE No: TLKATP/1154/2025-D2 26-11-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that THOMAS DEVASYA , POLASSERIYIL HOUSE , CHINNAPARAMBU, KALLAMALA POST 678582,, Kallamala Village, Attappadi Tribal Taluk of Palakkad District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before Bank in respect of the legal heirs of late MARYAKUTTY THOMAS POLASSERI HOUSE, CHINNAPARAMBU, KALLAMALA POST- 678582 who expired on 11-10-2014 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MARYAKUTTY THOMAS. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Attappadi Tribal within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
