50954 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Kasaragod District KasaragodTaluk NOTICE No: 87787923 02-12-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that KHADEEJA 0, SHIRIBAGILU, Madhur(G), SHIRIBAGILU, 671124, Kasaragod,, Kudlu Village, Kasaragod Taluk of Kasaragod District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before Certificate issued for the purpose mentioned is kerala land revenue manual Vo6 in respect of the legal heirs of late ALI KUNHI BHAGAVATHI NAGAR SHIRIBAGILU P O , 671124 who expired on 01-10-2020 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late ALI KUNHI. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kasaragod within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
