Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of Special Items & Chemicals for ASK Production as per the list attached below, for the Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode.

Estimated Approximate Cost—` 3,14,000.

The tender should be superscribed as 09/2025-26 Supply of Special Items & Chemicals for ASK Production and should be addressed to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562". Last date for the receipt of tender is 20-12-2025, 12 Noon. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives. Intended tenderers may apply to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562" for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tender should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 700 and GST 18% which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed by 3 p. m. on 19-12-2025. Cheque, postal stamp, demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The form will not be sent by VPP. Duplicate forms if required will be available at ` 350 and GST 18% extra per copy. The participating firm should produce 1% EMD. 1. All Tenders/bids shall be accepted only through online mode and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained.

2. The tenders/bids shall be opened online at the O/o the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram on the prescribed date and time. 3. Tenders/bids must be quoted in English language only. 4. The rate quoted should be valid for a period of 90 days. The rate quoted must be both in figures and words and it must be firm for the supply period.

5. Tenderers can quote Two rates and submit sample for each with marking (sample 1, sample 2).

If there is only one sample and Two rates and the sample was not marked properly, it's rate shall be considered the lowest.

Sample paper is essential. Samples (5 Sheets of 58 cm X 78 cm for 200 gsm card) required against each item above should reach the undersigned on or before the opening time of tender.

Samples in cut pieces or in size which are not suitable for conducting lab test will not be tested & accepted.

6. Tender No. and name of the paper mill should be recorded in sample also. The covers containing the samples shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and addressed to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late covers containing samples .will not be accepted. HSN Code of card should be mentioned in the BOQ.

7. Sample paper will be tested in our Paper Testing Lab and the eligible samples will be considered for the next stage of the tender.

8. Online tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200. The scanned copy of the preliminary agreement and General conditions duly signed by the contractor shall be submitted online and subsequently the original in a separate cover by registered post/speed post or physically to this office on or before the date and time of opening of the tender/bid. Otherwise the tenders will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected.

9. Each tenderer shall furnish 1% of the total cost of the material as Earnest Money Deposit.

10. Rate should be quoted for free delivery including unloading charges at Kerala Books and Publications Society (KBPS), Kakkanad, Ernakulam.

11. All Rules and regulations of the Tender/bid shall be in accordance with the Store Purchase Manual of the Govt. of Kerala. An Offer in Hard Copy which is not reflected in the BOQ will not be considered at any cost.

12. Offers for articles with ISI mark should be accompanied by a duly attested copy of the latest valid license issued by BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark.

13. The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement deed in the prescribed format on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 for the due fulfilment of the contract after depositing 5% of the contract value as Security Deposit.

14. Invoices of payment claiming the cost of board/card supplied to KBPS should be forwarded to the Text Book Officer after getting the stock Entry Certificate of the concerned Store Keeper so as to arrange the payment.

15. Invoices of payment will not be accepted for part supplies in small quantities unless a minimum of 150 MT pulp card is supplied in each lot.

16. All participants should mention the quantity that can be supplied per month very specifically. They should submit the documents showing the production capacity of the mill.

The paper suppliers should also submit authorization letter from the Paper Manufacturing Mills. Otherwise the tenders will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected.

17. The Manufacturer /OEM should have a Turnover of minimum 60 crores over the last three years.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply of Coats & Foot wear, as per the list appended below, to the Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode.

The tender should be superscribed as 08/2025-2026 Supply of Coats and Foot wears and should be addressed to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562". Last date for the receipt of tender is 18-12-2025, 12 Noon. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives Intended tenderers may apply to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562" for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tender should be submitted.

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of 800 and GST 18% which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed by 3 p. m. on 17-12-2025. Cheque, postal stamp, demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The form will not be sent by VPP. Duplicate forms if required will be available at 400 and GST 18% extra per copy. The participating firm should produce 1% EMD.
