2013 റ്റലെ ഭൂമി ഏറ്ററ്റെടുക്കലിൽ ന്യായമായ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും, സുതാര്യതക്കും പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുനഃസ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവകാശ ആക്ട് വകുപ്പ് (15), ഉപവകുപ്പ് (1) പ്ര കാരം താറ്റGെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുളള ഭൂമി ഒരു റ്റപൊതുആവശ്യത്തിനായി റ്റപൊന്നുംവിലയ്ക്ക് എടുക്കക്കേണ്ടതാറ്റണെന്ന് സ്ഥലറ്റമെടുപ്പ് ആഫീസര്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ റിക്കപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പ്രകാരം സമുചിത സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ക്കബോദ്ധ്യറ്റപ്പെട്ടതിനാലും;

ഇക്കപ്പോള്‍ അതിനാൽ പ്രസ്തുത നിയമത്തിന്റ്റbെറ വകുപ്പ് 19(1) പ്രകാരം താറ്റGെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകക്കcേശം 0.4440 റ്റഹെക്ടറും അറ്റgെങ്കിൽ അതിൽ അല്പം കൂടുതക്കലോ കുറക്കവോ വിസ്തീര്‍ണം വരുന്നതുമായ ഭൂമി ഒരു റ്റപൊതു ആവശ്യത്തിന് അതായത് കൂട്ടം വാതുക്കൽ പാലം നിര്‍മ്മാണം എന്ന പദ്ധതിക്കായി ആവശ്യമുറ്റണ്ടെന്ന് സമുചിത സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇതിനാൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമി റ്റപൊന്നുംവിലയ്ക്ക് എടുക്കുന്നതിന് റ്റnെഷ്യൽ തഹസിൽ cാര്‍ എൽ.എ,ജനറൽ, ആലപ്പുG എന്നയാക്കളോട് നിര്‍ക്കcേശിക്കുകയും റ്റചെയ്യുന്നു.

DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE ACT

No. G2/7572/2023 8th December2025 WHEREAS, under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, Notification No.3617 vol 12 dated 09/11/2023 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published.

AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose for the construction of koottam vathukkal bridge.

Now, THEREFORE, the Special Tahsildar, L.A(General), Alappuzha hereby declares under Section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.4440 hectares to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose, to fit for the construction of koottam vathukkal bridge and direct the Special Tahsildar, L.A.(General), Alappuzha to take order for the acquisition of the land.

A plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar, L.A(General), Alappuzha and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
