ഉത്തര്വ്്

വയവസായ വാണിജയ വുേപ്പി്‍െ വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരല 31-12-2023 വരരയുള്ള ാേയെളവിര െ അന്തിമ മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േ പരാമർശം (1) പ്രാേരം പുറരപ്പലുവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതിനു തശഷം 31-12-2024 വരരയുള്ള ാേയെളവിര െ വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരല താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േ മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േ പരാമർശം (2) പ്രാേരവും പ്രസീദ്ധീരേിച്ചിരുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത ാേയെളവിബ്ലുള്ള എല്ലാ വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരലയും വിവരങ്ങള്‍ താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േ മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടിയേി്‍െ ഉള്‍രപ്പട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തി ആയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സാ്േഷ്യപത്രം ഭെ്യമാക്കുവാനും, പ്രസ്തുത മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േസംബന്ധിച്ച് ചി തസ്തിയേി്‍െ തസ്വനമനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് എരന്തങ്കിബ്ലും ആത്േഷ്പങ്ങള്‍/പരാതിളേ്‍ ഉള്ള പ്േഷ്ം ആയതും സമർപ്പിക്കുവാനും തമ്‍െ പരിപത്ര പ്രാേരം അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു.

2. താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േ മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േ സംബന്ധിച്ച് വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരല പരാതിളേ്‍/ആത്േഷ്പങ്ങള്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള തീരുമാനം ചുവരല തചർക്കുന്നു:

(1) താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േ സീനിതയാറിറ്റി ബ്ലിസ്റ്റ് അന്തിമമായി പ്രസിദ്ധീരേിക്കുതമ്പാള്‍ തങ്ങളുരല അധി േ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ തയാഗ്യതളേ്‍/സഹരേണ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ/ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്രമന്റ്‍െ രലസ്റ്റ് തയാഗ്യതളേ്‍ ൂേലി ഉള്‍രപ്പലുത്തണം എന്ന് ആവശയരപ്പട്ടുരാേണ്ട് താരലപ്പറയുന്ന വയവസായവിസേന ഓഫീസർമാർ അതപ്േഷ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രസ്തുത തരഖളേ്‍ പരിതശാധിച്ച് ശരിയാരണന്നും പ്രസ്തുത ജീവനക്കാരുരല ആവശയം നയായമാരണന്നും തബാധയരപ്പട്ടതിരന്റ അലിസ്ഥാനത്തി്‍െ ചി തയാഗ്യതളേ്‍ സീനിതയാറിറ്റി ബ്ലിസ്റ്റി്‍െ ഉള്‍രപ്പലുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവയുരല വിശദ്ാംശങ്ങള്‍ ചുവരല തചർക്കുന്നു:

31-12-2024 വരരയുള്ള വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരല സംസ്ഥാനത െ താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േസീനിതയാറിറ്റി ബ്ലിസ്റ്റി്‍െ തരന്റ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ തയാഗ്യതളേി്‍െ JDC എന്നതിന് പരേം HDC എന്നാണ് തരഖരപ്പലുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നും ആയത് JDC എന്ന് തിരുത്തണരമന്ന് ആവശയരപ്പട്ട് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിരന്റ പർേപ്പു സഹിതം റ്റി. വിദ്യ വയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർ അതപ്േഷ്ിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തരഖളേ്‍ പരിതശാധിച്ചതി്‍െ ആയത് തിരുത്താവുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് തബാധയരപ്പട്ടതിനാ്‍െ HDC എന്നത് JDC എന്ന് തിരുത്തി മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടിയേി്‍െ ഉള്‍രപ്പലുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

3. താ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േമുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടിയേ്രക്കതിരര ഉന്നയിച്ച എല്ലാ ആത്േഷ്പങ്ങളും/ പരാതിളേും നിവെിബ്ലുള്ള നിയമങ്ങളുരലയും ചട്ടങ്ങളുരലയും സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുളേുരലയും അലിസ്ഥാനത്തി്‍െ പരിതശാധിച്ചു തീർപ്പു്‍േെപ്രിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

ആയതിനാ്‍െ പരാമർശം (2) പ്രാേരം പുറരപ്പലുവിച്ച വയവസായ വാണിജയ വുേപ്പിര െ31-12-2024 വരരയുള്ള ാേയെളവിര െവയവസായ വിസേന ഓഫീസർമാരുരല സംസ്ഥാനത െതാ്‍ൊൈബ്ലി േമുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േഅന്തിമമാക്കി പ്രസിദ്ധീരേിച്ചുരാേണ്ട് ഇതിനാ്‍െ ഉത്തരവാുേന്നു.

4. അന്തിമ മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േ വയവസായ വാണിജയ വുേപ്പിരന്റ industry.kerala.gov.in എന്ന രവബ് സസറ്റി്‍െ പരിതശാധനയ്ക്ക് ഭെ്യമാണ്. എല്ലാ ഓഫീസ് തമധെിാേരിളേും പ്രസ്തുത മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടിയേുരല പർേരപ്പലുത്ത് ബന്ധരപ്പട്ട ഓഫീസുളേി്‍െ പരസയരപ്പലുത്തി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് (അവധി/അനയത്ര തസ്വനത്തി്‍െ ഉള്ള ജീവനക്കാർ ഉള്‍രപ്പരല) പരിതശാധിക്കാന്‍ അവസരം ഒരുതക്കണ്ടതും മുന്‍ഗണനാപട്ടി േ പരസയരപ്പലുത്തിയതിനുള്ള സാ്േഷ്യപത്രം 15 ദ്ിവസത്തിനംേ ഈ ാേരയായെത്തി്‍െ ഭെ്യമാതക്കണ്ടതുമാണ്.
