1968-ലെ കേരള പ്രാചീന സ്മാര േ പുരാവസ്തു സങ്കകത പുരാവശിഷ്ട ആ്േറിന്റല (1969-ന്റല 26) 4-ം വുേപ്പ് (3)-ം ഉപവുേപ്പ് പ്രാേരം നൽനേ്റപ്പട്ട അധിാേരങ്ങൾ വിനിങ്കയാഗിച്ച്, ങ്കരേള സർക്കാർ, താന്റല പട്ടിയേിൽ പ്രങ്കതകമോയി വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും എറണാുേളം ജില്ലയിൽ ണ്യേന്നൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ തൃക്കാക്കര ങ്കനാർത്ത് വിങ്കല്ലജിൽ സ്ഥിതിന്റചയ്യുന്നതുമായ "തൃക്കാക്കര വാമനമൂർത്തി ങ്കക്ഷത്രസമുച്ചയവും ശിലാലിഖിതങ്ങളും" പ്രസ്തുത ആ്േറിന്റല അർത്ഥ വകാത്രിക്കുള്ളിൽ വരുന്ന ഒരു സംരകിത സ്മാരമോയി ഇതിനാൽ പ്രഖകാപിക്കുന്നു. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് ങ്കനാട്ടീസ് ങ്കമൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ആ്േറിന്റല 4-ം വുേപ്പ് (1)-ം ഉപവുേപ്പ് പ്രാേരം 2023 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 25-ം തീയതിയിന്റല സ. ഉ. (സാധാ.) നമ്പർ 447/2023/സാം. ാേ. വ. നമ്പർ വിജ്ഞാപനമായി 2023 ഒങ്കടാബർ 25-ം തീയതിയിന്റല 3433-ം നമ്പർ ങ്കരേള അസാധാരണ ഗസറിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീരേിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

6വിശദീകരണക്കുറിപ്പ്
(ഇത് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിനെ്റ ഭാഗലാകുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ, അതിനെ്റ പൊതു ഉദ്ദേശ്യം വെളിലെലുത്തുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശ്ിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് .)
എറണാുേളം ജില്ലയിൽ ണ്യേന്നൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ തൃക്കാക്കര ങ്കനാർത്ത് വിങ്കല്ലജിൽ സ്ഥിതി ന്റചയ്യുന്ന "തൃക്കാക്കര വാമനമൂർത്തി ങ്കക്ഷത്രസമുച്ചയവും ശിലാലിഖിതങ്ങളും" 1968-ന്റല ങ്കരേള പ്രാചീന സ്മാര േ പുരാവസ്തു സങ്കകത പുരാവശിഷ്ട ആ്േറിൻ (1969-ന്റല 26) ീേലിൽ ഒരു സംരകിത സ്മാരമോയി പ്രഖകാപിങ്കക്കണ്ടതിന്റല ആവശകതേ പുരാവസ്തു ഡയറടർ അറിയിക്കുയേുണ്ടായി. സർക്കാർ പ്രസ്തുത ശിപാർശ അംഗീരേിക്കുയേും പ്രസ്തുത ആ്േറിന്റല 4-ം വുേപ്പ് (1)-ം ഉപവുേപ്പ് പ്രാേരമുള്ള ആങ്കകപങ്ങൾ എന്റന്തകിലുമുന്റണ്ടകിൽ, കണിച്ചുന്റാേണ്ട് 2023 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 25-ം തീയതിയിന്റല സ. ഉ. (സാധാ.) നമ്പർ 447/2023/സാം.ാേ.വ. നമ്പർ വിജ്ഞാപനമായി 2023 ഒങ്കടാബർ 25-ം തീയതിയിന്റല 3433-ം നമ്പർ ങ്കരേള അസാധാരണ ഗസറിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീരേിക്കുയേുണ്ടായി. എന്നാൽ യാന്റതാരു ആങ്കകപവും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അതിനാൽ പട്ടിയേിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്മാരനേ്റത്ത പ്രസ്തുത ആ്േറിന്റല 4-ം വുേപ്പ് (3)-ം ഉപവുേപ്പിനുീേലിൽ സംരകിത സ്മാരമോയി പ്രഖകാപിക്കുന്നതിന് സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
ലേൽചറഞ്ഞ ആവശകം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശ്ിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.

23rd Karthika, 1947.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1968 (26 of 1969), the Government of Kerala hereby declare the "Thrikkakara Vamanamoorthi Temple Complex and Stone Inscriptions" situated at Thrikkakara North Village, Kanayannoor Taluk, Ernakulam District and more particularly described in the schedule below, to be a protected monument within the meaning of the said Act, the notice of the same having been previously issued as G. O. (Rt.) No. 447/2023/CLAD, dated 25th August, 2023 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3433, dated 25th October, 2023 as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act.

10Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
The Director of Archaeology has reported the necessity to declare the "Thrikkakara Vamanamoorthi Temple Complex and Stone Inscription" situated at Thrikkakara North Village, Kanayannoor Taluk, Ernakulam District as a protected monument under the Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1968 (26 of 1969).
Government have accepted the said recommendation and published the Preliminary Notification vide G. O. (Rt.) No. 447/2023/CLAD dated 25th August, 2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3433 dated 25th October, 2023, inviting objections, if any, as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act. No objection was received.
Government have, therefore, decided to declare the monument described in the schedule as protected monument under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act.
This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
