In the notification issued under G.O.(Rt.) No.3225/2025/Home dated 18th September, 2025 and published as S.R.O. No. 1076/2025 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3348 dated 19th September, 2025,i) in the third row of the notification for "Fast Track Special Courts" read "Fast Track Special Court". This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

2 ii) in the fifth row of the notification for the words Ernakulam and Muvattupuzha respectively read Ernakulam and Additional Special Court established for the above purpose at Muvattupuzha

respectively;

iii) in the fourth para of the notification, in the third and fourth row for "Fast Track Special Courts" read " Courts".

iv) in the SCHEDULE, in the third Column, against Serial No.2 for "Fast Track Special Court, Muvattupuzha" read "Additional Special Court, Muvattupuzha".

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government have decided to rectify the errors occurred in the notification issued under G.O. (Rt.) No.3225/2025/Home dated 18th September, 2025 and published as S.R.O. No. 1076/2025 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3348 dated 19th September, 2025, through an errata notification.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
