Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) The Registrar, Sreenarayanaguru Open University, University Building, Kureepuzha, Kollam has requested the Government to exempt its Registrar from personal appearance before the Registration Offices for the purpose of execution of legal agreement related to the OPPAM project (initiated by Sreenarayanaguru Open University that facilitates the construction of homes for deserving students) on behalf of the University. The Government have decided to allow the request.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
