Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Binu S, Sreevilasam, Erumeli PO, ErumeliThekku Village, Kanjirappally Taluk of Kottayam District has filed an application for a legal heirship certificate for various purposes as per rules in respect of the legal heirs of late V Ramachandran Nair, Sreevilasam, Erumeli PO who expired on 01-06-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late V Ramachandran Nair. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents of late V Ramachandran Nair has already expired. Santhamma wife of V Ramachandran Nair expired on 15-05-2010. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. Objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kanjirappally within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
