Under clause (1) of Article 243-I of the Constitution of India and section 186 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (13 of 1994), read with clause (l) of Article 243-Y of the Constitution of India and section 205 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (20 of 1994), the Governor of Kerala is pleased to appoint Smt. Tinku Biswal IAS, Principal Secretary, LSGD as Member in place of Shri Puneeth Kumar IAS, Former Additional Chief Secretary to Government, LSGD, Government of Kerala in the Finance Commission constituted as perNotification issued under G. O. (P) No. 84/2024/Fin. dated 26th September, 2024 and This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

September, 2024, amended as per Notification issued under G. O. (P) No. 86/2025/Fin. dated 6th July, 2025 and published as S. R. O. No.795/2025 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2615 dated 15th July, 2025 and consequently make the following amendment to the said notification, namely:—

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the entries against serial number 2 in the first paragraph, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"Smt. Tinku Biswal IAS,

Principal Secretary to Government,

Local Self Government Department, Government of Kerala"

SFC-A1/74/2025-Fin. G .O. (P) No. 86/2025/Fin.

Shri Puneeth Kumar IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, LSGD, one of the Members of the Seventh State Finance Commission has been appointed as Resident Commissioner, Kerala House, New Delhi. Hence, Government have decided to appoint Smt. Tinku Biswal IAS, Principal Secretary, LSGD as new Member of Seventh State Finance Commission in place of Shri Puneeth Kumar IAS.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
