In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968 (15 of 1968), the Government of Kerala, being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in public interest, hereby declare that the provisions of the said Act shall be applicable to the recovery of amounts due from any person or class of persons to the Cannanore Cantonment Board.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) For ensuring realization of amounts due to the Cannanore Cantonment Board from any person or class of persons, the Government have decided that it is necessary to do so, in public interest, to make applicable the provisions of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968 (15 of 1968) to the Cannanore Cantonment Board.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.

1968-ലെ കേരള നികുതി വസൂലാക്കൽ നിയമം (1968-ലെ 15) 71-ാാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം നൽകപ്പെട്ട അധികാരങ്ങൾ വിനിയോഗിച്ച്, കേരള സർക്കാർ, അപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യുന്നത് പൊതുതാൽപര്യാർത്ഥം ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോധ്യമായിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ, ഏതെങ്കിലും വ്യക്തിയിൽ നിന്നോ വ്യക്തികളുടെ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ നിന്നോ, കണ്ണന്നൂ ർ കന്റ(cid:7)ോണ്‍മെ(cid:11)(cid:7)് ന്റ(cid:13)ോർഡിന് ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള തുക വസൂലാക്കുന്നതിന്, പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റിന്റെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.
