In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 4, 5 and 6 of the Kerala State Housing Board Act, 1971 (19 of 1971) the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri. Girish Parakkat, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department as official member of the Kerala State Housing Board in the place of Smt. Shobha V.R. and make the following consequentialamendment to the notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.4/2022/Hsg. dated 26th February, 2022 and published as S.R.O. No.179/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

In the said notification, for the entries against serial No.4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Sri. Girish Parakkat, : Official Member".

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government have decided to appoint Sri. Girish Parakkat, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department as official member of the Kerala State Housing Board in the place of Smt. Shobha V.R., Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department who was appointed as per notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.5/2023/Hsg. dated 2nd September, 2023 and published as S.R.O. No.932/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2864 dated 4th September, 2023 was promoted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department and to make consequential amendment to the notification published as S.R.O.No.179/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.649 dated 28th February, 2022.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
