WHEREAS, under the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules, 1969, a candidate for appointment by direct recruitment must have completed eighteen years and must not have completed forty years of age on the 1st January of the calendar year in which the applications for appointment are
2invited. Provided that the upper age limit shall be raised by five years in the case of candidate belonging to any of the Scheduled caste /Scheduled Tribe and by three years in the case of candidate belonging to any of the Other Backward Classes;
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Madhavavilasam Service Co operative Bank Limited No 1347 in Thiruvananthapuram District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969 for the purpose of appointing Smt.Rajitha B, whose date of birth is 18th May, 1979 as Peon in the said Bank taking into consideration of her service in the said Bank ;
AND WHEREAS, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has submitted the proposal to the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the said Rules, to appoint Smt. Rajitha B as Peon in the said Bank ;
AND WHEREAS, the Government have considered that it is necessary to exempt the Madhavavilasam Service Cooperative Bank Limited No 1347 in Thiruvananthapuram District from the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, so as to enable the said Bank to appoint Smt. Rajitha B, as Peon in the said Bank ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 181 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby exempt Madhavavilasam Service Cooperative Bank Limited No 1347 in Thiruvananthapuram District from the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the said Rules, so as to enable the said Bank to appoint Smt. Rajitha B, as Peon in the said Bank taking into consideration of her service in the said Bank.

The Board of Directors of Madhavavilasam Service Cooperative Bank Limited No 1347 in Thiruvananthapuram District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of subrule (1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules,1969, so as to enable the said Bank to appoint Smt. Rajitha B, as Peon in the said Bank. The Government have considered the matter in detail and have decided to exempt the said Bank from the above provisions of the sub rule(1) of rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, for the purpose of enabling the said Bank to appoint Smt. Rajitha B, as Peon in the said Bank taking into consideration of her service in the said Bank.
The order is intended to achieve the above object.
