WHEREAS, under the proviso of clause (g) of subrule (8) of rule 185 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules 1969, under no circumstances exemption shall be granted from possessing the required academic qualification and experience for the purpose of effecting promotion to the post of Chief Executive of the Credit Societies/Banks come within Sub Clause A and B of Class 1 of rule 15;
2AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Kottappally Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No. D 2723 in Kozhikode District has resolved to request the Government of Kerala through the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, to exempt the said bank from the provisions of clause (g) of subrule (8) of rule 185 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules,1969, so as to enable the said Bank to promote Sri.Ramakrishnan V.P., Assistant Secretary, to the post of Secretary of the said Bank;
AND WHEREAS, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has forwarded the proposal to the Government for considering the request of the Board of Directors of the Bank from the provisions of clause (g) of subrule (8) of rule 185 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules,1969, for the purpose of promoting Sri.RamakrishnanV.P., to the post of Secretary in the said Bank.
AND WHEREAS, the Government have examined the matter in detail and are satisfied that it is necessary to exempt the Kottappally Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No. D 2723 in Kozhikode District from the provisions of clause(g) of subrule (8) of Rules 185 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules 1969, so as to enable the said Bank to promote Sri.Ramakrishnan V.P., as Secretary in the said bank;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 181 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby exempt the Kottappally Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No. D 2723 in Kozhikode District from the provisions of clause (g) of subrule (8) of rule 185 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules,1969, so as to enable the said Bank to promote Sri.Ramakrishnan V.P., Assistant Secretary, to the post of Secretary in the said Bank.
