WHEREAS, under the provision to subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules, 1969, a candidate for appointment by direct recruitment must have completed eighteen years and must not have completed forty years of age on the 1st day of January of the calendar year in which the applications for appointment are invited. Provided that the upper age limit shall be raised by five years in the case of
2candidate belonging to any of the Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe and by three years in the case of candidate belonging to any of the Other Backward Classes;
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Korom Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No:F 1369 in Kannur District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules,1969 for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt.Sreeja A.V. whose date of birth is 25th July, 1975 as Part Time Sweeper in the said Bank with effect from 17th May, 2022 taking into consideration of her service in the Bank ;
AND WHEREAS, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has submitted the proposal to the Government to exempt the said Bank from the provisions of sub rule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules 1969, for the limited purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt. Sreeja A.V. with effect from 17th May, 2022 , as Part Time Sweeper in the said Bank ;
AND WHEREAS, the Government have considered that it is necessary to exempt the Korom Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No:F 1369 in Kannur District from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969 for the limited purpose of enabling the said Bank to regularise the appointment of Smt.
Sreeja A.V. with effect from 17th May, 2022 as Part Time Sweeper in the said Bank ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 181 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby exempt the Korom Service Cooperative Bank Ltd No:F 1369 in Kannur District from the provisions of subrule (1) of Rule 183 of the said Rules, so as to enable the said Bank to regularise the appointment of Smt. Sreeja A .V. as Part Time Sweeper in the said Bank with effect from 17th May, 2022 taking into consideration of her service in the Bank .

Sreeja A .V. as Part Time Sweeper in the said Bank with effect from 17th May, 2022 taking into consideration of her service in the Bank.
The order is intended to achieve the above object.
