WHEREAS, under Section 80 B of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969(21 of 1969) notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the rules made thereunder or in the byelaws of any society relating to the recruitment of officers and servants thereof, but subject to section 80B, the Government shall by
2notification in the Gazette, constitute a Cooperative Service Examination Board for the conduct of written examination for all direct recruitment to the posts of and above the category of Junior Clerk in all Cooperative societies, Boards and other Institutions under the control of the Registrar.
AND WHEREAS, subrule(4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969 prescribes the detailed procedure to be followed by the Co operative Service Examination Board;
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Thazhekkode Panchayath Rural Cooperative Society Ltd.No. M.1036 in Malappuram District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said society from the provisions of section 80B of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969 and subrule(4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969 for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt.Sheena K as Secretary of the said society taking into consideration of her service in the said society.
AND WHEREAS, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has forwarded the resolution of the Board of Directors of the said society to the Government to exempt the said society from the provisions of section 80B of the Kerala Co operative Societies Act, 1969 and subrule (4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules, 1969 for the purpose of regularising the appointment of Smt.Sheena K.as secretary of the said society;
AND WHEREAS the Government have considered the matter in detail and are satisfied that it is necessary to exempt the Thazhekkode Panchayath Rural Cooperative Society Ltd.No.M.1036 in Malappuram District from the provisions
3of section 80B of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969 and subrule(4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, so as to enable the said society to regularise the appointment of Smt.Sheena K as Secretary in the said society ;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 101 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969, and rule 181 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby exempt the Thazhekkode Panchayath Rural Cooperative Society Ltd.No.M.1036 in Malappuram District from the provisions of section 80B of the Kerala Co operative Societies Act, 1969 and subrule(4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Co operative Societies Rules, 1969, so as to enable the said Society to regularise the appointment of Smt.Sheena K as Secretary in the said society .

The Board of Directors of the Thazhekkode Panchayath Rural Cooperative Society Ltd.No.M.1036 in Malappuram District has resolved to request the Government to exempt the said society from the provisions of section 80B of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969 and subrule(4) of rule 182 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969, for the purpose of regularising the
4appointment of Smt.Sheena K as Secretary in the said society. The Government have considered the matter in detail and have decided to exempt the said society from the above said provisions of the said Act and said Rules so as to enable the said society to regularise the appointment of Smt.Sheena K as Secretary in the said society taking into consideration of her service in the society.
The order is intended to achieve the above object.
