പുനലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഇടമുളയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജിൽ റീസർവ്വേ ബ്ലോക്ക് 29, സർവ്വേ 217/1-ൽപ്പെട്ട സർക്കാർ തരിശിൽ നിന്നിരുന്ന മൂന്ന് മൂട് തേക്ക് മരങ്ങൾ 17-1-2026-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഇടമുളയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസിൽ വച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ടി ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും എത്തിച്ചേർന്ന് ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവച്ച് ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കേ≠താണ്.
ലേലത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം വിളി കേൾക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ലേലം വിളി കേൾക്കുന്നയാൾ അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ലേല തുകയും, നിയമാനുസൃത നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള മുഴുവൻ തുകയും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠ുന്നതാണ്. ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നമുറയ്ക്ക് ടിയാൻ സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ ടി മരം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
ലേലം അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ബഹു. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർക്ക് പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കും. സാധാരണ സർക്കാർ ലേലങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ടി ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

No. RDOPKD/2640/2025-D1 Dated : 20/11/2025 WHEREAS, it is expedient to publish the fair value of land as required under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995;
Now, THEREFORE, it is hereby made known to the public that the fair value fixed for the land mentioned against each serial number, in respect of the land situated in the survey/resurvey numbers of the village and taluk mentioned against each, shall be as shown against it in column (11) thereof.
