51978 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Kollam District PathanapuramTaluk NOTICE No: TLKPTM/108229213/2025-N2 19-12-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Sri.MURUKA PRASAD, SUDHA MANDIRAM MANJAKALA PO, Thalavur Village, Pathanapuram Taluk of Kollam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before concerned authorities and for other purposes.
in respect of the legal heirs of late MEENAKSHIAMMA, SUDHA MANDIRAM MANJAKALA PO who expired on 20-09-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MEENAKSHIAMMA. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . parents of deceased are not alive. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Pathanapuram within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
