52379 Revenue Department 23rd December 2025 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Kozhikode District VadakaraTaluk NOTICE 20-11-2023 നമ്പർ: ജെ2-5711/2023വടകര താലൂക്കിൽ നാദാപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ മാണി പുത്തൻ പുരയിൽ ,ചേലക്കാട് പിഒ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി നാദാപുരം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതയുടെ അനന്തിരവൻ സുരേന്ദ്രൻ, പുത്തൻ പുരയിൽ , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ നാദാപുരം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 07-09-2021 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതയുടെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു.
അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
