52378 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Kozhikode District QuilandyTaluk NOTICE No: 108553335 17-12-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that KUNHIKANARAN NAIR 09/281, THEKKE PARACHALIL, CHERUVANNUR, Cheruvannur(G), CHERUVANNUR, 673524, Cheruvannur, Koyilandi, Kozhikode, Cheruvannur Village, Quilandy Taluk of Kozhikode District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before VARIOUS AUTHORITY in respect of the legal heirs of late SHIBI K M THEKKE PARACHALIL HOUSE CHERUVANNUR PO MEPPAYUR VIA KOZHIKODE KERALA 673524 who expired on 27-09-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late SHIBI K M. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Quilandy within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
