ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന കവറിന് പുറത്ത് റീ-ടെ≠ർ നമ്പർ 06/2025-26 Supply of Spare Parts of Ekone Cold Room Freezer എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 27-12-2025 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി വരെ ആണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ ഡയറŒർ, എെ.എ.എച്ച് & വി. ബി. പാലോട്, പച്ച പി. ഒ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 562 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വ്യ‡ിയുടെയോ അവരെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ആളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
26-12-2025 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി വരെ പാലോട് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ആനിമൽ ഹെൽത്ത് & വെറ്ററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിരക്കിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം അസ്സൽ ` 400 + GST @ 18%, ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 200 + GST 18%.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ VPP ആയി ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മൊത്തം പണമായോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ തുടങ്ങിയവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അടച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോമിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.
ടെൻഡറിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠താണ്. MSME ആണെങ്കിൽ ആയതിന്റെ രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഓഫീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടാൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്. പ്രത്യേക കാരണം ഇല്ലാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ പൂർണ്ണമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം എെ. എ. എച്ച്. & വി. ബി ഡയറŒറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for to distribute the spare parts listed below for repairs Ekone Cold Room Freezer.
ITEMS

Estimated Cost—` 1,25,788.
The tender should be superscribed as Re-Tender No. 06/2025-26 to distribute the spare parts in Ekone Cold Room Freezer and should be addressed to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562". Last date for the receipt of tender is 27-12-2025, 12 noon. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives. Intended tenderers may apply to the "Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 562" for obtaining the prescribed.
Tender form on which the tender should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 400 (Rupees Four Hundred Only) and GST 18% which is the price fixed for a set of tender form, which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 26-12-2025. Cheque, Postal stamp, Demand Draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The form will not be send as VPP. Duplicate forms if required will be available at ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) and GST 18% extra per copy. The participating firm should produce 1% EMD. If the participating firm is an MSME, relevant documents should be produced along with the tender. Further details if any can be sought from this office during office hours of all working days. All rights regarding the tender are reserved with the Director, Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode.
