താഴല പട്ടിയേിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമിഴയ സംബന്ധിച്ച് 2013-ഴല ഭൂമി ഏഴലടുക്കലിൽ നയായമായ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും സുതാരയതയ്ക്കും പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുന:സ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവാേശ ആക്ട് (ന്ദേേ്ര ആക്ട് 30/2013) വുേപ്പ് 11 ഉപവുേപ്പ് 1 ന്ദ്പാേരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനം 04.06.2025 തീയതിയിഴല 2101 നമ്പർ രേേള അസാധാരണ ഗസലിൽ ന്ദ്പസിദ്ധീരേിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും;
2013-ഴല ഭൂമി ഏഴലടുക്കലിൽ നയായമായ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും സുതാരയതയ്ക്കും പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുന:സ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവാേശ ആക്ട് (ന്ദേേ്ര ആക്ട് 30/2013) വുേപ്പ് 15 ഉപവുേപ്പ് 1 ന്ദ്പാേരം താഴല പട്ടിയേിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു ഴപാതുാേരയത്തിനായി പരിഗണിച്ച്
2ഴപാന്ുംവിലയ്ക്ക് ഏഴലടുക്കേണ്ടതാഴണന്് സ്ഥലഴമടുപ്പ് ഓഫീസർ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പരിഗണിച്ച് സമുചിത സർക്കാരിന് ബോധയഴപ്പട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും;
ഇപ്പോൾ, അതിനാൽ, ന്ദ്പസ്തുത നിയമത്തിഴല വുേപ്പ് 19(1) ന്ദ്പാേരം താഴല പട്ടിയേിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകേേശം 0.0690 ഴഹക്ടർ അഴലങ്കിൽ, അതിൽ അൽപ്പം ൂേടുതലോ, ുേറവോ വിസ്തീർണ്ണം വരുന് സ്ഥലം ഒരു ഴപാതു ആവശയത്തിന്, അതായത്, IURWTS പദ്ധതിയുഴട ഭാഗമായ ബി.ടി.എസ്.-ന് സമീപമുള്ള ഴവല് ഴവൽ പമ്പിംഗ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ നിർമ്മാണത്തിന് ആവശയമുഴണ്ടന്് സമുചിത സർക്കാർ ഇതിനാൽ ന്ദ്പഖ്യാപിക്കുയേും ന്ദ്പസ്തുത ഭൂമി ഴപാന്ും വിലയ്ഴക്കടുക്കുന്തിന് സ്ഴപഷ്യൽ തഹസിൽകാർ (എൽ.എ.) നമ്പർ 2, ഴാേച്ചി ഴമന്ദേ്ടാ ഴറയിൽ ഴന്ദ്പാജക്ട്, ാേക്കനാട് എന്യാളോട് നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുയേും ഴചയ്യുന്ു;
സ്ഥലത്തിഴല ഒരു രൂപരേഖ് സ്ഴപഷ്യൽ തഹസിൽകാർ (എൽ.എ.) നമ്പർ 2, ഴാേച്ചി ഴമന്ദേ്ടാ ഴറയിൽ ഴന്ദ്പാജക്ട്, ാേക്കനാട് ഓഫീസിൽ സൂ്േഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് എപ്പോൾ വേണഴമങ്കിലും അത് പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്തുമാണ്.

DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19(1) OF THE ACT
No. C11-1037/23 18th December, 2025.
WHEREAS, under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, Notification in Kerala Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2101 dated 04.06.2025 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published;
AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Appropriate Government hereby declares under Section 19(1) of the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.0690 hectares to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose to construct Near BTS Wet Well Pumping Station of IURWTS Project and direct the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.2, Kochi Metro Rail Project, Kakkanad to take order for the acquisition of the land;
A plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.2, Kochi Metro Rail Project, Kakkanad and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
