In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Central Act 23 of 1940), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Dr. Roshna RahmanK., Drugs Inspector (Ayurveda), Office of the Drugs Inspector, Civil Station, Kakkanad, This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

2 Ernakulam as Inspector (Ayurveda) for the purpose of Chapter IV A of the said Act for the whole State of Kerala.

Dr. Roshna Rahman K., has been appointed as the Drugs Inspector (Ayurveda). She is to be notified as inspector for the purposes of Chapter IV A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Central Act 23 of 1940).

This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
