No. DR53/5/2025KPSC Thiruvananthapuram, 25th November 2025 It is hereby notified that the following correction is made in the Gazette notification for selection to the post of High School Teacher (Social Science) Malayalam Medium (By Transfer) in Education Department in Malappuram District, notified vide Category No. 365/2025, published in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 2025 September 15.
In the English version of the Notification, the 'Note x' under the 'item No. 7' Qualifications is modified as "Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of K.S.&S.S.R. and Rule 2(13) of Part I of K.S.&S.S.R. are applicable for this post."

DR1-2/1/2024-KPSC Thiruvananthapuram,25th November 2025 The Government Order No.GO (P) 13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024 identifying eligible DA categories for 4% reservation in the post of Matron Gr.I in Social Justice/Women and Child Development Department is against the clause in the Special Rules which states that Differently Abled persons are not eligible to apply for the post.
Therefore, the Addendum/Erratum Notification No. DR1-2/1/2024 issued on 12/12/2024 adding the note(iv) under item 4, Number of Vacancies, "4% of the total fresh vacancies reported shall be reserved for Differently Abled persons with disabilities as specified vide GO (P) No. 13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024." and deleting the entry under item 5, Note (2), "Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for the post" in the Notification for selection to the post of Matron Gr.I in Social Justice/Women and Child Development Department in Malappuram and Kasaragod Districts, published as Cat.No. 386/2024 in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 30.10.2024, is hereby cancelled.
All other conditions of the aforesaid notification remain unchanged.

Applications of candidates belonging to other Differently-Abled categories will be
